The bathtub existed, and it wasn't too loud considering the madhouse that is the neighborhood at night (bars). It's affordable and you can walk downtown from there, also walkable from the intercity bus stops (came in from Cambodia, could walk from the dropoff). I gave them an ETA for checkin based on my bus scheduled arrival, which was over an hour late. By the time I got to the hotel, they had given away my room even though I had a reservation, and the hotel was now full. They put me in a partner hotel across the street, which was obscenely loud, no bathtub, etc. Noise still exists. The doors and locks didn't really seem to work, deadbolt broken, bathroom door broken. Bathtub drained directly onto the bathroom floor, had to let water out very slowly to not flood the whole room, fortunately there's a drain in the floor.... Tub was stained a lot, not sure how dirty is actually was, wasn't coming off easily. Room was small, and plugs were limited. Staff was apathetic.

Entrance was cool. Close to destination. No ac, no water pressure, had to request maid service, room was always hot! Photos on listing did not even come close to current conditions. The photos had to be 30 yrs old.

Location was excellent Photos don’t match up to reality , closed curtains cover brick walls, so effectively a windowless room. Plumbing very old.
