Centrally located, balcony with view on Tao Dan park, good breakfast and staff that go above and beyond to be helpful The room was generally clean but some attention could be given to the glassed bathroom door, and some accumulated dirt on walls. Also the shower was difficult to us because it was too low, I had to sit in the tub to take a shower.

Location

I liked very much the comfort of the bed, bathrobe and slippers. Nice toiletries in bathroom. Tea kettle is alway nice to have. Breakfast was good with adequate seletions. I was awakened at 6:50am on Sunday morning by a member of the staff playing very loud music on their device. My room did not have a window to see out of.

Staff very pleasant and accommodating Breakfast buffet was very good. Many selections. Room adequate size and bedding comfortable Had the old bath tub with a sit in the tub type shower. Needs to be updated.

Dirty and have cockroaches . We have to move to another branch but it’s dirty and smaller. My friend come to hotel to visit us but cannot stay longer than 2 hours. Have a surcharge after 2 hours.

Location and security. Moldy bathrooms. Floors and skirting boards and under the furniture and behind beds not cleaned often. Prior guests rubbish under beds and behind bedside table and furniture in both rooms we stayed in. We were given a lower grade room than what we paid for. If your booking says you paid for a certain size room or a room with tub or balcony or window, be sure they don’t give you a room without these things. Some rooms don’t even have an exterior view window. Staff are nice. Location great

Staff found my daughter’s earrings which she’d accidentally left in the hotel room and posted them on to a hotel in Hanoi when she contacted the hotel. That’s excellent service.

first at all nice reception staff ! very friendly...the room / hotel are very nice furnished..like 5 stars hotel ! the room had gut TV with a lot international channel , very clear to see ! / good wifi speed , Air condition ist not facing the bed ...just the window ( can open ) is in direction of stairwell (just with upgrate you can get a window/blacony direction street ) ...the room was very quiet . Breakfast : full ok , beautifully maintained . It was a good stay the bed is so large !! difficult to find my wife :) !!

Friendly staff. Good location. I paid for a deluxe king suite in 101. The next night I was in a twin share! It was the same room 101 with the bed split into 2

Location close to restaurants and entertainment venues. The bed in my room was really comfy, and the hotel is nice and contemporary. There were also many practical things in the room, many from reliable companies. The breakfast is great, and the staff is really energetic and helpful. Strongly advised

Walking distance to some sites, easy to book a grab for others. Nice staff. Not much selection at breakfast

Location near entertainment and dining options. The hotel is pleasant and modern, and the bed in my room was very comfortable. The room also contained numerous useful items, all of which came from reputable businesses. The staff is incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, and the breakfast is excellent. Highly recommended

Paid for a room with a balcony. Got a room with a tiny frosted glass window. When I explained they simply said all the rooms with balconies were booked. Given that I thought I was one of the people who booked them, it wasn't a satisfactory answer. Nothing was offered by way of compensation. The hotel in general is adequate, nothing more. But is in a great location.

Location was the priority to choose this hotel Beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful There is a park nearby in case you want to exercise in the morning
