A very nice hotel that was centrally location. Friendly staff. They had onsite washing machines which is great for long term traveller. The room was large, good AC. The price was reasonable and I would happily stay here again. There were a few small maintenance issues in the room that stopped it being a 9/10 but nothing major and especially at the price.

Staffs were nice and friendly. The lobby was good too gather people for the other activities Sound proofing was terrible, I could hear everything from the next door, even when the person fart lol Very tiny sounds from the next door could be heard from my room and I doubt the the next door guess could hear the same from mine. Therefore, I worry about the privacy and this also prevented me from relax activities that could make sound like watching TV. The cost of this hotel is too expensive for that room size and no breakfast. I felt the towels were not so cleaned.

Very spacious and modern rooms, good bathroom with great shower pressure. The staff was kind and did their best to communicate through the language barrier. The location was fine, not the best if you want to stay near the main city attractions, but not too far either (~20 min walk) close to many restaurants and cafes, and the area felt safe at all hours. There's a mini market right next to the hotel which is very convenient. Complementary water stations can be found on every floor which was great to avoid buying bottled water. Not a problem, but the hotel was very plain, not much personality in design or offerings, but everything else was just fine and the price was fair.

I was feeling a bit sick and staff went out of their way to get me some OTC drugs to make me feel better. This is way beyond their normal call of duty.

In cheaper hotels you always have something not working I did not expect this place to have a faulty air conditioning , this made an uncomfortable night which is bad at any price .

Title: An Unforgettable Stay – Absolutely Perfect! I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Concept Hotel and I can honestly say it was a pleasure. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we immediately felt at home. Our room was spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and quite. The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxing. We also enjoyed enjoyed the location, which is close to every thing like important attractions of Ho-Chi-Min-City and many nice Cafes and Restaurants. If you’re looking for a place where you can truly unwind and be well taken care of, I can wholeheartedly recommend The Concept Hotel. I honestly can’t think of a single thing to criticize – it was perfect in every way.

The location is great. The staff is next level. We arrived before check-in and they had a room that was just being cleaned. They allowed early check-in about 20 minutes. When we entered the room, it wasn’t the cleanest, but I was okay with it because they didn’t want us waiting too long for the room. Just a tad messy and dirty
