Location is perfect After arriving to the hotel, the reception guy who talks very little English advised that the room i booked is under renovation (normal scam used by them, i seen other guests commenting the same) and he suggested to shift me to another Hotel 1 km away. The new hotel room was below standards, with cockroaches in toilet and very heavy and bad smoking smell in the room. I asked for other room, they said only this available, either take it or cancel the booking. I canceled the booking and was charged extra and had to pay by cash to get another room. The attitude of the team for breakfast is so bad, and breakfast is limited to either egg or noodles (one item only) In the 3 days the house keeping didn’t clean the room. AC was not working, they came on second day to fix it

Location, easy access to many shops. I booked 7 nights, but the first 2 nights they gave my room to another guest that willing to paid higher price during Vietnamese Tet holiday. They replaced my room for other location that was in remodeling, noise, dirty. After complained several times, finally they moved me back to original booked location after the Tet. I was very angry and hate to come back in the future. They after money than service that was committed in the first place.

Poor and not fresh. The foods need to be fresh cook. And need to provide butter or cheese go with bread.

Good breakfast. The room was much smaller than in the photos It was a bit dirty, no daily cleaning like in other hotels. When it was raining it was really loud in our room.

Great location near a big park and major roads. The hotel itself is quite modest, aging structure - you get what you pay for!

the room was small, there was nothing to breathe, the socket by the bed did not work, we moved to a better room for an extra fee, it got better but not much. the rooms have terrible cold light, your eyes hurt from it, something is always broken. breakfast is only two hours from 7 to 9, we did not have time to go to it

I come to Ho Chi Mihn very often to train in the front of hotel , there’s the big park for exercise.

Location was ok The Rooms weren’t really clean and gave a dirty vibe, the beds were rock solid and the ac kept making loud noises all the time. If you’re a backpacker it’s probably ok for you. No fault of the staff
