Beautifully appointed rooms and public spaces, very helpful staff, great breakfast. Nothing side table near bed for beverages.

It’s a great location. Very quiet street but still close enough to get to places. Staff very friendly.

The room is spacious and faces nice green garden. The facility and breakfast are okayish. The egg dishes are a bit too oily and the congee is not warm.

The room was nice, spacious, clean & neat. Linh’s attention to us was undoubtedly the best, quick service, sense of humour, always smiling, very polite & helpful. Also the young man at reception unfortunately I didn’t get his name, tallish, braces-helped me with any questions i had, gave me bandaids for a sore i had on my foot & helped work out which exchange centre was best to go to for the best rate. Most Breakfast staff & bar staff were also attentive Thank You Girls & Guys it means everything. Whilst some staff always greeted us when coming & going, some staff didnt acknowledge us at all. The better the service the bigger the tip. Cooler was off when we arrived, i turned it on when i realised the next day. TV no access to stream eg netflix, prime etc

Very good modern interior design and comfortable spaces. Excellent breakfast. Spacious well decorated room. The sound transfer between rooms was loud and we could hear conversations of our neighbouring rooms.

This property is close to everything but ducked off on a non busy street which I love. It was convenient while still quiet The breakfast options could’ve been better

This is a design hotel but not only is it beautiful, it's very functional too. My room was the best room I've had so far in Vietnam, and I've been here 3 weeks, visiting lots of places. Very comfortable, spacious, with everything needed. The location is good, close to D1 highlights and staff is very helpful - they helped me solve a major issue (I forgot my laptop on my inbound bus). The breakfast was OK, not great, and the gym desperately needs an adjustable bench. No sky bar - would have been nice.

The interior design attracted me but wasn’t worth it From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was disappointing. The staff were unwelcoming, and no assistance was offered with our luggage, so we had to carry our large bags to the room ourselves. Considering the price paid, this was not acceptable. Only one access card was provided, which cuts off the electricity when leaving the room. As a result, the room became extremely hot, and there was an unpleasant smell every time we returned. Several essential amenities were missing, such as an extra floor towel. The shower is positioned next to the bathroom door, causing water to spill into the toilet entrance, making the floor wet and uncomfortable whenever using the WC. During checkout, we contacted reception to request luggage assistance as my husband was unwell. No one was sent, and after waiting for some time, we had to carry the luggage ourselves. Despite this, the receptionist attempted to charge us an additional fee, stating it was because we were three minutes late, which was unreasonable.

The staff was amazing, the accommodations were very comfortable and the food was great! Loved the breakfast buffet! Nothing, it was perfect!

The size of the room and the bathroom is one of the biggest that we have ever been and make you feel very relaxed. It is tastefully decorated with wood. The high ceiling covered by wood and faked "roof" creates a felling that you are in a house. The staff were very helpful and professional. There are many shops and restaurants near by and it is 15 minutes walk to the Cathedral & Post Office. There is no standard wardrobe and the provided hangers are not enough. Water spills out of the shower cube. A simple retractable L shape shower curtain will fix this issue.

Excellent hotel and location staff was to kind and helpfull

Nothing stand out. Tiny lobby. No space to sit if there is a group checking in. Place to put things down while checking in. Front desk staff was not very accommodating when asked for higher floor. Second floor rooms face a wall of another building.

The facade, rooms and services of the hotel is beyond what we are expecting! Rooms are pleasantly well-furnished, clean and comfotable! Breakfast spread is good and they changed their hot dishes variety every day during our stay. A big thank you for your hospitality and warm services, Ryan and team!
