Bathroom was leaking every time I was taking shower.

1.Perfect Location: The hotel’s location in District 1 was ideal — close to great restaurants, bars, Indian eateries, massage centers, and even clubs, all within walking distance. 2. Thoughtful Arrangements: Although the swimming pool was closed, we were informed in advance and provided access to the pool next door, which turned out to be lovely. 3. Complimentary High Tea: The daily high tea in the lobby was a wonderful gesture — we truly enjoyed the cakes, snacks, tea, and even champagne every evening. 4. Exceptional Staff & Service: • Rendy (Housekeeping): Left us sweet handwritten notes and made the room feel warm and personal. • Henry and Rachel (Restaurant): Made every breakfast enjoyable with their cheerful and attentive service. • Thinh (Parking/Security): One of the friendliest and most polite team members we met — a real highlight of our stay. • Soli (Reception): Professional, well-spoken, and made a fantastic first impression. She’s a true asset to your team. • Joyce (High Tea Section): Always smiling, gentle, and kind — she made the high tea experience even better. 5. Buffet Breakfast: Great variety, especially for guests wanting to explore local Vietnamese dishes. • The rooms felt slightly dated and could use some renovation to better match the hotel’s otherwise excellent service. • The jacuzzi tub had visible rust in the pipes, and the kettle also showed rust where water is poured, which raised hygiene concerns.

All the staffs were friendly and helpful, especially Daisy who really welcome and take care of us well.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic. The service from staff went above and beyond. The rooms were immaculate and well presented. The breakfasts were just unbelievable. Can't recommend this Hotel any higher Wished we could have stayed longer

I am writing to share my disappointing experience during my recent stay at Harmony Hotel Saigon (Room 409). Unfortunately, the overall quality and service fell far below expectations, and I feel compelled to provide feedback so improvements can be made. **1. Room Cleanliness & Maintenance Issues:** - There were small ants coming out from the table next to the bed, which was unhygienic and unacceptable. - The toilet was very old, and the flushing system did not work properly, making it inconvenient to use. **2. Poor Handling of Food Allergy Request:** - I ordered a beef burger and explicitly informed staff about my pork allergy, requesting no pork products. However, the burger arrived with bacon. When I pointed this out, the staff simply removed the bacon and returned the same burger. This is a serious concern—cross-contamination can trigger allergies, and proper precautions were not taken. **3. General Service & Standards:** The lack of attention to detail, hygiene, and guest safety (especially regarding allergies) reflects poorly on the hotel’s service standards. For a hotel claiming to offer comfort and hospitality, this experience was far from satisfactory. I hope you address these issues promptly to prevent future guests from facing similar disappointments. I expected better, especially given the hotel’s reputation. I didn't like that I clearly had booked a king bed. But I got 2 queen size beds. The reception didn't believe me, so I had to provide the truth, and after that they gave me a king bed room, but the reception seemed to be irritated at me.

Variety of breakfast items. Nice view from room. Good location. Air condition was turned off at the end of breakfast period.

All facade under renovation. Crowdy breakfast. No window in the room.

No sound prove. The noise from outside the room (corridor and elevator area) can be clearly heard and disturbing
