Overall, all staff members were very kind and accommodating however there was someone who went beyond our expectation that was room attendant Duyen. She was highly professional and pleasant. Another staff member I would like to mention is Kevin from Front Office. He made us comfortable as soon as we reached the hotel and was always pleasant and helpful with all our queries. Last day we asked for the wakeup call as we had early morning flight however we did not get the call. We woke up on time if not if could have led to inconvenience. Still I would like to rate the hotel as 10/10 as all other factors especially the staff members were excellent.

Great location, easy to find and visit other parts of the city. Staff is excellent. Friendly, and accommodating. Extensive breakfast is a bonus. Did I mention the roof to bar and pool? Nice! I would ask, why are the towel hooks so high on the door in the bathroom? Not a dislike.. I had to throw my towel and bath robe several times to hook it up. It was funny.. ok I’m 5’ tall :)

Everything was just great. The breakfast, the staff, the room, the street (quite calm considering the location) and the hotel prepared for us well mixed breakfast boxes as we were checking out at 3AM.

The hotel was well maintained with a good rooftop deck and pool. There was nothing to say negatively.

Great location in the City, not far from "everything" in Ho Chi Min, either by foot or a Grab taxi. A bit outdated spacious rooms, but who really wants a bathtub inside the main room (?)Small pool on the roof was good, but often filled up if you did not enter it early. Staff was helpful and nice all the time. Breakfast area was a bit too cooled down, actually unpleasantly cold, The selection of food was also under my expectation, considering this is a 4 star hotel. Bacon was very tough, so skipped after first try. No serial available. Fitness room poorly equipped, 2 of 3 treadmills out of order, the fitness room was not manned because of new (asian) new year celebration.

Nice breakfast and staff were very friendly. Beautiful reception area. Old wooden furniture rooms. Need renovations. Every persons door was heard when closing from my room as heavy wooden doors. Thin walks also, could hear the room next door. Swimming pool gated until 7am. Should be open at 6am. 695,000 VND was offered by hotel for pick up from airport. Taxi was under 300,000 VND, return to airport today 100,000 VND

I think this hotel's calling card is a combination of very good location and a clean, basic hotel room. Around the hotel are a bunch of cute coffee shops (< 10 minute walk) and a very convenient laundry place (much cheaper than the hotel). Within 15-20 minutes walking you'll reach a lot of very good restaurants, the market (mainly for knock-offs), the war museum, etc etc. The room is clean and basic (TV, mini fridge, decent bathroom). Water pressure was good for us. The employees are super friendly. The hotel also has a airport taxi service, which comes at a premium price (25 USD) but was super convenient for us. We'd come back without hesitation. (1) We stopped going to the breakfast after our second day, since it is very limited, not very impressive and the quality outside the hotel is just much higher. We were super impressed with the food in Saigon in general, so it was an easy choice. We wouldn't book the breakfast again. For completeness, it had all the basics, but none of it was particularly tasty. (2) The gym in the hotel is super limited. It has the basic cardio machine and a very limited rack of weights. The gym room is very small and feels a bit claustrophobic. We found a gym in walking distance (15 min) that had day passes for 100k Dong. (3) The wifi coverage in our room was a bit limited. Our phones kept going in and out of the wifi and mostly only had 2 of 3 bars. That being said, we were able to watch a show on our computers without problems.

The location was good and the staff were friendly and helpful We were offered a room upgrade on arrival however the bathroom had hair in it, moldy shower curtain and a wobbly bath. Also our bed was possibly broken as it was extremely noisy. Once we made staff aware they did move us to a new room.

Courteous, kind and friendly service. Centrally located. Rooftop bar and pool has amazing views of Saigon’s city lights. Clean amenities.

Location. Fast house keeping No sound proof. Room outdated. Towels dirty.

My room was extremely noisy. Sound like lots of construction going on right above my room very early in the morning. My room view was terrible too
