This isn’t my first time staying here, and every visit has been consistently great. The location is super convenient—there are supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance, and having a convenience store right outside the hotel is a huge plus. It makes everything so easy, especially if you need something quickly.

The location was good. The room was clean the staff were helpful I didn’t get the room I booked. I booked a studio with balcony. I told the hotel but all they kept saying was you got what you booked. It wasn’t. First they told me I could only have that room if I booked for a month or longer, then they said some else has booked it, then they said it was what I booked. I asked them to charge me for what they gave me but they kept insisting it was what I booked.

Staff was very friendly, good central location room was nice, Last night there was a lot of ants in the room and I’ve been bitten quite a few times during the night, air con doesn’t go cold enough so nights can be quite warm

The hotel’s location in District 1 is ideal for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. It’s close to many popular attractions like Ben Thanh Market and the Notre-Dame Cathedral.

We were moved to a sister hotel nearby, as they served breakfast. However, it wasn't so good, and we only ate there once in the 3 day stay. I felt that there was a skeleton staff number on in the evening and our receptionist had very poor English which made communication difficult. The facilities were pretty basic and the hotel floor carpets could do with a thorough cleaning, or better still, replacement. We won't be back anytime soon. Poor communication. Passable cleanliness, especially the carpets in the corridors.
