Front desk supervisor said that I had no reservation, refused to acknowledge my confirmed reservation even though I tried to show it to him. Allowed me “stay” because I was with a tour that had booked a room for the following day. His attitude towards me was disrespectful and dismissive.

Breakfast meal was good. Shower run off would get the bathroom floor wet, during showers ?

Convenient , close to where most of the sites were. So nothing is too far out of the way It was a little misleading as i thought the property had a pool and a spa but it didn’t. Maybe it was false advertising

I recommend this hotel so much because the staff were so nice and very accommodating. The room was so clean and the whole process from check-in to check-out was so smooth. The room is spacious and safe for female solo travelers. The location is also near to tourist spot locations. N/A

After booking with this hotel it seems they sell your personal information as I have been endlessly bombarded by Indian scam callers talking about my booking at this hotel at the date i stayed at asking me to confirm my details long after I have stayed. If you value your privacy, find somewhere else.

Good location, the female reception staff was not cordial just because i could not produce my hotel booking reservation document, but then I gave her my hotel booking confirmation number and she said she could't find it in her computer. Then she asked for my name and then instantly my confirmed hotel reservation which was fully paid appeared ! That was magic !!! But I already experienced several minutes of unfrienly reception ! Breakfast was very good and well presented and thanks to all the diner staff to name some: VY, THINH, & HUY. The later reception were friendly and accomodating and helpful, and even ordered grab taxi for us when we checked out. So we enjoyed our stay at the hotel! The tv was in Vietnamese, i persistently searched for English but could't find !

Hotel is nicely located, room is clean and comfortable. Room is VERY noisy, to the point that it seems that the window is open even though it is closed. Our room was facing a busy road, traffic noise was very loud. No warm water in the morning in the shower.

Working distances to all areas less then 10mins walk, great cafe, acceptable breakfast, great staff and excellent service throughout my stay, staff surprised us with a valentine rose that was so thoughtful

Great location, very central. Little bit noisy due to its centrality. Also the shower floor does not have a lip behind the shower door, so the water runs out onto the bathroom floor.

Shower had no pressure and flooded the bathroom

I liked everything about it, the room was spotless and spacious and has all the facilities. Bit far away from central, but it’s okay.

Very well located, walking distance from many key attractions in the city. The room was comfortable and clean. The windows do not block out external noise, so by 6:30 in the morning, you’re woken up by car horns. The curtains are not blackout, so the room gets bright very early in the morning. The AC was also very noisy, even on the low setting.
