Good hotel, clean, well maintained, great staff, descent location, good breakfast, stable internet, plenty of options to eat within the walking distance Temperature in the rooms are well controlled by the AC system, but the lobby and restaurants are a bit warmer that expected.

Great hotel near the airport and a short Grab ride to District 1. The rooms are very clean just as is the entire facility. Great breakfast, but be sure to book room "with breakfast", otherwise, use Grab to bring in breakfast due to the cost. Overall, a great facility with a great pool and fitness center. Discount for breakfast if you fail to book a room that includes breakfast. (I thought the room I booked included breakfast.)

Immediately after checking into our first room, we noticed a persistent, moldy smell. We went straight back to the front desk to let them know. The staff could not have been more professional or helpful. They were completely "on top of it"—they moved us to a new room without any hesitation or hassle. The second room was spotless and fresh, exactly what we were looking for. The hotel staff handle a problem so quickly and gracefully. Because of their fast response and great attitudes, we ended up having a fantastic stay. We would definitely return knowing that the management here truly cares about their guests' comfort! And the breakfast buffet was excellent!

Customer service isn't that anymore like many years ago. This is the second time that I've been treated very badly. The Reception didn't care at all.

The room was clean and the hotel’s location was very convenient, being close to both a bank and a GS25 store. Cuong, the Front Office Manager, along with the rest of the front desk staff, were all very courteous and professional. This is my second stay at the Eastin Grand Hotel, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. Not much to complain about. I think their breakfast buffet was standard, with not many choices. As for the hotel amenities, the swimming pool is kind of small. The security guard was somewhat rude to my family member while she was waiting for me to come down to the lobby.

Very lovely staff, extraordinarily good breakfast , clean and spacious rooms! I would stay there again if I visit Saigon again! Location not so central but no issue at all, when we were staying there just one elevator was functional the other two were out of order!

Cleanliness There was ONLY ONE lift for entire hotel. This was not only inconvenient but a safety hazard. Sometimes the wait was about 7-8 minutes

seimming pool air con is not working that well. I sometimes frel cold and sometimes too hot while I sweat in the morning when I wake up.

The hotel is very comfortable. Breakfast starts at 6:00, so it was good for me—they also open the pool and gym at 6:00, so i could use them befor work my only problem is that the tour that i took didn't want to take me from the hotel because it is not close to the city center, but i took Grab to the center, only 15-20 minutes according to traffic, or bike grab was 15 in heavy traffic, so it was ok
