Just a typical nice hotel with amenities. The hotel seems to be declining over the years: As compared to last year's stay: rooms (One Deluxe Suite, 2 Deluxe Standards) are excellent except the desk light in one of the rooms does not work; I find a small bug/cockroach in my room's bathroom (standard 2-bed); the reception desk staff are burly, disrespctful to my aunt and one of them is overly strict on rule (demanding to see a 1-year old child's passport/ID); advanced request for connnected/adjoining rooms is ignored; the hotel pool does not offer children pool. We choose this hotel for its proximity to the airport but might not stay at this hotel the next time.

I like the lobby, breakfast pavilion and the personnel was very nice. Room was horrible, it had mold in different parts and it smelled very bad. Towels and bed sheets smelled very bad. Tenant next door smoked the whole time we were there, even in the hallways. Non of the employees tell him nothing, me and my kid got sick because of this.

The beds were not very comfy, I could feel the springs of the bed. Also, theres a rod for shower curtains but no shower curtains provided. (Wet shower as expected, but was curious why there were rods there)

Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Convenient for airport transits. Room had 3 beds for 3ppl vs just 2 twins The property is in a really ackward spot so it’s hard to get cars in and out. Nothing really around. Clogged shower drains. Need to get rid of the carpet which makes the room smell.

I like the housekeeper crew, nice working hard people I’ve noticed breakfast tends to repeat every other day. A bit more variety would be great for guests staying over a week like me

I would say the hotel meets my expectation. Although my stay was short (a rest stop before going to the airport to leave the country), the hotel was the best as compared to the other hotels I stayed in while in country. The staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. I just wish the hotel is at a better location. Looking out the windows at rooftops is not exactly scenic, especially those of a hospital next door. And it seems that this is typical for most hotels in VN, but adding a microwave oven in eachroom would be ideal.

Really nice stay. 5 star comfort without 5 star price. If you are coming late from the airport, it's a great location. It takes only a few minutes to get there by taxi or even bus. Room was huge and very comfortable. Neighborhood has lots of restaurants you can walk to easily. Full service spa. Breakfast is good, but not much for vegetarians, only fruit and coffee mainly. Cleanliness could be a little better, I saw some debris in the corners and unseen areas. Bathtub installed in such a way that water would collect in areas that wouldn't drain and are not cleanable. Pool didn't really have a comfortable vibe. Can't find much else to complain about.

Exceptional breakfast. Photogenic lobby. Room service attendant was attentive. Roll down "privacy curtain" in bathroom had a bit of '?mold?" on bottom & carpet area near window spotted/stained.

The hot soup noodle was the only good things among all the offerings. BREAKFAST: Very minimum selections, Muddy flavored Coffee, over sugary fruit drinks , the hot foods taste lousy (obviously need a better chef). BEDROOM: dirty stained Carpet are all over. Molds are all over shower wall and curbside of the shower, only 1 roll of toilet paper. SERVICE: The Check-in Reception has an attitude issues, unfriendly and impatient because they reacted very unpleasant when I asked for an extra room key.
