Room was great, breakfast very good, transport to the airport easy and prompt. Using the tub for a shower is difficult, especially for an older person.

I stayed here for 14 days and thought the hotel was excellent. The hotel staff were very kind and I had a very nice, though not large, room. It was not in one of the most popular districts, but was quite accessible through Grab. The restaurant offered a variety of food items for breakfast that was included

It was clean & comfortable — the staff were very nice and great housekeeping. I was there for 2 weeks and will stay again when needed :)

Unclean bed sheets, under the beads was loaded with dirt, hadn’t been cleaned in years even though the beds move freely and it would be very easy. I imagine the room has never been properly sanitized. Constant strong stinky pungent smell in the hallways. The desk staff is not friendly or welcoming. When it was time to checkout there was no question of how my stay was, if I needed anything, etc. All they were focused on was collecting my payment for drinking the water in the room which apparently is not complementary at a “4 star hotel”. Didn’t hold the door for me when I left, but there were 10+ staff in the lobby area and no other guests.

Close to the airport. Clean comfortable rooms, good buffet breakfast and very nice staff. A little musty smelling. The rooms should be aired out regularly.

The young female tour guide who spent the day with me and took me to museum and tunnels was fantastic. She was beautiful and kind.

1.Breakfast was good. The meals in the banquet hall were very good. 2. Airport shuttle was good. 2. The airport shuttle was punctual and clean. 1. The first suite was too cold and had other issues. I was told by the manager that I could not move to the other building because there were no rooms available for the length of my stay of 20+ days. 2. I agreed to move to the second suite. It was too cold. The A/C was directly over the desk. When I made the room warmer, the mirrors fogged--humidity consumed the room. 3. I went to a different hotel for two days. There, I could work at my desk comfortably and enjoy peaceful relaxation in my room.

The room - beautifully renovated. Location - relatively close to the airport. Great for stay overnight if you are just spending a night there. Amazing foyer and fantastic buffet breakfast are definitely the highlights of the stay. There was even a small convenience store 2 minutes from the hotel where you could buy cheap snacks like 2 minute noodles, mineral water, frankfurts etc. I have nothing to stay here because it was great

There was a whole list of items in the room with a cost for broken things - like a menu - I never felt comfortable in the room and then the swimming pool was only open until 6. The hotel was way overpriced.

The room was spacious and clean. The building seemed well maintained The internet connection was really unstable. If you plan on staying in the room to stream movies, game online, or go on VC, I would not recommend staying here. (TV wasn’t a smart tv as well, had to buy hdmi to watch movies on the TV) The breakfast was alright. Reception lady also told us to get a bigger room because we had a kid, so I got a room with the description of “2 full beds” and a relatively more pricey room for the 3 (Me, a friend, and my child) of us instead, but it was just one bed when we got there. It would have been fine but it was really frustrating after a very tiring day— didn’t help that instead of taking politely and kindly, they got annoyed that I didn’t understand. I could have just gotten a smaller cheaper room then.

The best hotel in Ho Chi Minh. It's full packaged. The price, the receptionists, housekeepers and other staff are professional, courteous and helpful. Delicious buffet breakfast and coffee every morning?Would definitely come back to this hotel! Me and my family really enjoyed our stay, Love from Philippines ?

The rooms were very big and clean. The staff were excellent. Close to airport. We had a meal at the buffet restaurant, great food and ice cream. Lack of western food for breakfast.

the pool has a nice toddler area. rooms are big. the hotel is spread over three buildings. it was a bit confusing when you arrive but actually fine once you get your head around it - just had to walk along a public road to get to breakfast, and another way to get to the pool.
