always fried egg for breakfast. AC not working properly, you always have to call the staff to fix it.

I never stayed at the hotel because they said our room was faulty so they arranged for us to stay at a hotel down the street and even called a taxi and paid for it. But we paid in cash at the other hotel and i was also charged for the night on my card here and haven't been able to get a refund through booking.com and the hotel won't respond to me. Perhaps my/booking.coms error but they wont respond to me now.

False advertising about 2 king beds. At best my room had a king and a queen. the room space was large and space was not used adequately. The ac systems were older and not effective for cooling with out multiple fans, it is okay if you are used to heat.

Nothing at all 1. Be careful with pricing, you could be charged more than what has been advertised. 2. Breakfast is included in the stay, however, despite there is a golden plaque mounted on the wall "Breakfast Buffet", there's no such of that existing at Hoa De Nhat Hotel. Instead, you will be served either a bowl of rice noodle soup or a baguette with 2 fried eggs. If you want more, you have to pay extra on spot, even coffee has to be paid for. 3. Regardless how long you stay, the room won't be cleaned & towel won't be changed if you don't ask for those to be done (each time). 4. For your own safety, always watch your steps when moving around the corridor, you could fall over anytime.

Nothing Rude staff. Shower blocked and overflowed flooding the bathroom. We did not receive the room we booked. We went for breakfast but did not eat as it was not inviting at all. Once again rude staff who did not want to to be there.

Breakfast no vegetarian option. AC in room we were staying was making humming mechanical noise the whole night. Cigarette buds were not timely cleaned in the corridor.

The hotel was close to the airport and employees at the reception kindly waited for us until past 1 am due to our really delayed flight. The beds were comfortable, the elevator was working. The neighbourhood is quite sketchy, I wasn't sure we'd be able to find the hotel (the hotel is not on the central street, rather you need to go from the back alley which was quite dirty and unkept). The hotel is small and has weird steps all over the place. We were on the 5th floor and even though we took the elevator, we had to take 5-6 steps down to our room. I had torn ligaments in my knee and taking stairs was a pain. The room was big with 2 double beds and a sofa but it smelled like second hand smoke, the furniture was a bit rickety, the hose in the bathroom was spraying water all over (even when it was shut off) and the toilet was constantly wet. Oh, and our room also had a step on the way to the bathroom. By knee and our 2 sleepy children did not appreciate it. The breakfast was less than impressive. We thought it would be buffet, but we could order from a menu of 6 traditional vietnamese dishes and only 2 were actually served that day - a choice of beef pho and omelette. Drinks were extra pay. The hotel was OK for a 1 night stay after a long flight but I wouldn't recommend it as a choice for a touristy trip.

I loved the location and the bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Price said breakfast was included but I didn’t know what would be available and no one at the breakfast could tell me anything. So after one day I didn’t eat breakfast there.

At first, when I walked in, it was extremely HOT!! The room was hot, the AC can’t even work even they already have 2 extra fans in the room. The bathroom, everything is so old and leak. And the important things is the SMELL of the bathroom ☹️..

Location was very close to the airport, conveniently located. No tea or coffee provided in the room, no toilet paper, one of the pillows was wet when we got there.

They allowed us to check in early at a reasonable price and took care of our luggage while we walked around the area waiting for our room to be ready. Convenient location with a minimart nearby. We were assigned a room with several issues, including a very old and rusty shower, a leaking sink, and a strong, unpleasant odor from the toilet. While we didn’t notice the smell immediately upon entering, it became noticeable at night and lingered until we checked out the next morning. Also, we had a baby and heavy luggage, yet we were placed in a room that required navigating stairs on the floor (not between levels as they have lift). Despite the hotel having few guests during our stay, it felt like the staff didn’t consider our situation. It was disappointing.

Location : close to airport Quiet street . Breakfast : bowl of noodle soup . For a 1 night stay - hotel was good . Value. Helpful staff. Electric Jug in room , but no tea or coffee provided . No coffee supplied at breakfast.
