Great location & nice staff. Good strong shower & room was spotless & very comfortable. Smoking area was by our room, breakfast declined since last stay & wasn’t very good. We loved the breakfast last stay (about 8 yrs ago) & it was a highlight last trip & so we were kinda bummed that it is so basic now. No french desserts. Small room.

Cleanliness, room layout, fixtures are up to American standards. The breakfast was okay. Geared towards European travelers. It seemed not as good as a year ago when I stayed there. More choices.

Location is unbeatable. Noise from the pub close by. I must sleep with noise canceling headphone on.

The location was walking distance to the main markets. There is an ATM next door and a 24 Mini store across the street. There is a popular local restaurant down the street. No view from window, not a big deal. The staff could have told me there was an ATM next door instead of telling me one that was blocks away.

After 4 years of visiting Ho Chi Minh City, this is the first time we've been delighted with the hotel. Everything was great. The location is perfect, within walking distance of many places (museum, palace, city center, markets…). The room was clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was basic but sufficient, with some Asian and European options. The staff were very polite and friendly. Overall, this was our best stay so far.

Central location off Ben Thanh Market, value for money accommodation, friendly staff. Breakfast was ok as hotel not very large to be able to offer wide selection of choices. opposite road has a Ministop convenience store to stock up on water, snacks, and essentials. requested for extra bed during booking (room clearly for 2 adults and 2 children at booking.com selection), no response from hotel who then proceeded to claim they just saw my message when i mentioned to them at check-in. They then claimed room too small to accommodate, and then proceeded to offer room upgrade that can put in the extra bed at a high price. When we balked since we knew the extra bed only costs VND0.4m per night, they then offered walk-in rate of VND1.1m for same size room so that my family of 2 adults and 2 young children can fit. We decided not to take up their offers as they were clearly not replying to our messages at booking. This is the 1st time they did so as our previous visits with them had very fast and clear responses on whether they can or cannot do so.

I stayed in one of the Garden Balcony rooms and absolutely loved it! After a long day of touring and exploring, the peaceful atmosphere was just what I needed to unwind. Waking up to the view of the garden each morning was such a pleasant and calming way to start the day. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay! The location is perfect—conveniently close to everything! I really appreciated the easy access to major landmarks, museums, local markets, and a wide range of dining options. From pho and cơm tấm to delicious bánh mì, everything was just a short walk away.
