Air conditioning in the room worked great, staff was friendly and helpful. Good breakfast every morning. Rooms were quite small and was very cramped, loud music at night from nearby clubs, but luckily everything stopped around midnight, bathrooms were subpar in terms of cleanliness. The shower head from the bathtub is too low.

The breakfast was simple, the staff were fantastic and very helpful. The location was also amazing. Really close to everything you could need and in the heart of the city. The bathroom floor would get quite wet after showers.

The hotel was clean, and the staff friendly. But the neighborhood was just the best. Centrally located, tons of restaurants, craft brew places, big parks etc.

Fierst room I had a neighbour who smoked and left his door open. I was ready to bail. Next day they moved me upstairs. Thank the gods.

The location is right next to all the tourist spots. The breakfast is good and varied. The place is a bit dated, and there is a lack of soundproof insulation, so the place can be a bit noisy, but not too much.

The only problem was, the Wi-Fi was very weak, almost unusable.

Room was a lot smaller compared to the pictures — it was hard to move around with two luggages in there. Breakfast was ok, but very meat-focused. The shower is leaking and floods the bath.

- After taking shower, water was in the all bathroom - You can hear very clear noices from other rooms (do not recommend to stay there with kids)

Nothing The door to the room broke during our stay. When we came back in the evening it would not open and the staff had to break the door open so we could enter. It took about 60-90 minutes for them to open it. They said the battery in the door died, but the door would not close after we returned. So, we had to sleep with the door open. Someone walked into our room in the morning and we could not close the door to the hallway when we used the bathroom. We also had to bring out valuable out with us when we left. This was not the service that we paid for, and the receptionist was rude about the situation when we asked for a refund. They did not give us any money in return, nor did they reply to our emails about the situation. The receptionist was very unfriendly about the whole experience. The only helpful people were the staff that broke the door open at night when we returned. I strongly recommend finding other accommodation.

My stay at the Rosa May was ok. the breakfast was decent the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. The main reason r the low score was the bed was very uncomfortable and caused my back to hurt while I was there and the. Rooms are very small
