Front desk & duty manager Wrist plan for breakfast, service staffs is nasty & in santarized, pick up foods in front of tenants to eat, missing in action, wrist of all , comment on every tenants after they left

This was the first time I had visited Saigon and this was a perfect place to stay, the hotel was situated in a perfect place close to the market, the war museum and the independence palace plus many great bars/coffee shops and eateries close by. Upon checking in we were upgraded to a larger room free of charge and when checking out the staff extended the check out for us as well. The room was very clean and well maintained and was very spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was excellent as well but the best part of the stay were the fantastic staff who made us feel so welcome and were so helpful in every way. I would not hesitate in staying here again, absolutely superb!

Nice hotel right in the middle of the main attractions. A little outdated and could use some updating, but the staff was extremely friendly. Perfect location if you want to be close to restaurants, bars, and shopping.

Renovations were being done, so it was noisy at times. The gym could do with an upgrade; maybe get vinyl floors instead of the current carpet. It is expensive, and the value-to-price ratio is, in my opinion, just sometimes it feels the building is old and therefore doesn't add much to the price, feels a bit dated, though id still recommend it

Located in the center of HCM Old rooms, not very sound proof and a busy street below.

Close to everything like street markets, Post Office, and shopping centers. The massage appointment was mishandled. My wife booked a facial and body massage and when the time came to do the massage, the staff there was not aware. They took her in to do the facial massage but instead gave her a head massage and hair wash, and tell her to come back in 90 minutes for the body massage which conflicted with our scheduled activities then, so she had to cancel the body massage.

The hotel itself offers an excellent and very high level of service, while being located in an area where the unique and colorful Southeast Asian atmosphere of Ho Chi Minh City is especially well felt. If you want to stay in a good hotel while also being in the very heart of authentic Vietnamese local flavor, this is one of the most optimal places to choose. Nothing
