Living in HCMC, I wanted a quick staycation to explore the Ben Thanh area like a tourist. The room had a lovely, quiet ambiance that made it easy to disconnect. The mattress was top tier, and the housekeeping team kept everything immaculate. I loved being able to walk down for late-night dessert stalls and then be back in bed in minutes The hotel requires a strict 2:00 PM check-in. I arrived around 11:15 AM hoping for an early entry, but the room wasn't quite ready yet. They stored my luggage securely though, so I just grabbed a coffee nearby.

You really cannot get much closer to Ben Thanh Market than this. Just a short 300–500 meter walk and you are right at the market entrance. It was extremely convenient for buying souvenirs, grabbing fresh coconut water, then quickly heading back to the room to drop things off or escape midday heat. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly and even gave us helpful tips on bargaining at the market Because it's so close to the main market area, the surrounding streets are incredibly busy. Crossing the road the first few times was an absolute adrenaline rush, though you get used to the Saigon traffic rhythm pretty quickly!

Overall had a good experience. Room was clean, no bad smell which is important for me. Staff were nice and helpful. I actually left something in the room after check-out and they helped arrange delivery to the airport, which I really appreciated. Good service. Would probably stay here again next time in HCMC.

Had a comfortable stay here. One thing I liked is they allowed me to leave luggage after check-out because my flight was late. Very helpful. I booked an Executive room, design is quite modern, looks nice for the price. Housekeeping was easy to contact and they cleaned well, fresh towels everyday. Rooftop pool is not big but view is nice, especially in the evening.

General cleanliness is acceptable except for the noise which is noisy at the floor lift lobby. Breakfast seems to be the same throughout the stay.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for over 10 years, and it never disappoints! The location is excellent — just a short walk to Ben Thanh Market, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Book Street, and plenty of great restaurants. The rooms are always spotless, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff are amazing — friendly, professional, and very attentive. It truly feels like my home whenever I’m in Ho Chi Minh City. Honestly, nothing to complain about — everything was wonderful as always!
