The worst hotel ever with the rudest stuff! Don't you ever try to stay there. I had one last day to spent in ho chi min , after my trip in Hanoi, Sapa, Da nang etc. I arrived at this hotel, I paid with card - that was a huge problem, because they insisted to charge me 3% more - that's unacceptable, neither of the other hotels I stayed charged me. After of all this mess I accepted to pay this 3% to continue my holiday! After I paid they decided not to accept me as customer because my visa was to expire the next day, the day I was leaving for home! They insisted that i had to cancel booking because it wasnt possible to stay there - I insisted that the booking was non refunndable and I was woing to be charged if i cancelled - this took hours and at least at the end they cancelled. They also informed hotels from around the neighbourhood not to accept me , because I tried to stay at hotel across the road, they allready had my passport photo, they showed ot to me rejected me. I also came in communication with the immigration, afraid of that I wasn't able to stay in ho chi min for the night - i got the answer that the were no worries and there is no problem with my visa. Nevertheless I found another hotel 200m away and had a place to stay for the night! They tried to destroy my vacation for no reason at all, I lost several hours of my trip, I got in trouble, stress and expenses to visit immigration for no reason - the worst services ever given!

Everything is fine, Comfortable BedRoom, staff are very friendly, location is perfect. Near to all tourist destination. (Cafe Apartment, Book Street, Post Office, Bui Vien Walk Street, Oasis Koi Cafe, Saigon Opera House, Saigoin Square, Ben Thanh market, War Museum, Saigon Center, Independence Museum, and the best Ben Thanh Street food market Lighting of the room is insufficient. a little dark. And its my 1st time to experience, that cleaners have entered our room without our permission.

the chair at the room has litter, and dirt markings. the receptionist upon check-in was not that accommodating. the staff at our check-out accused us of drinking the 2 cans of coke which was not on the ref. I do hope that they have checklist of food items that they put inside the room for them to know if we consumed it or not.

Close to restaurant, bars The bathroom wasn’t clean enough. When I arrived, the bathroom didn't look very clean. The trash can still had garbage from the previous guest, and there was dirt on the surfaces. I can't say for sure if it was cleaned.

Modest but good Came in the wanted cash, told me credit card machine broken, but insisted in cash go to the bank, this many times that I tried to pay and always wanted cash Wanted to stay longer, but if can’t pay is a problem and got a room next door hotel the pink hotel, very similar but not hungry for cash When I was ready to leave the hotel, I told them I can’t pay any other way than credit card, suddenly the credit card machine was fixed and they wanted to charge 5% extra for the usage of the card, they told me if I don’t pay the fee they will call the police, very not nice, at the end after they saw I was not going to pay the extra fee accepted the card with very bad attitude Not my choice, I don’t like to be treated like this, calling police etc If you can avoid it, do so to avoid issues like I had

Just location Unprofessional front desk services, room doesn’t look like what we saw on the website pictures. Price too high for the room we got. Refrigerator in the room not working, room smell like pee and sewer problems.

Very good location in district 1, close to the markets and everything you are looking for. The staff were very welcoming and we appreciated them allowing us to keep our bags there after check out as we had a late flight home. Firstly, let me say it was clean in the bedroom BUT the bathroom there was a bunch of black hairs in the shower. Breakfast.. 7am-10am.. came down at 8.45am and there was NOTHING left. No juice, barely any coffee, bread was stale. No hot food.. only watermelon and pineapple but very little amount.. so if you’re looking for fresh hot food I’d suggest coming right on at 7am.

Room 802 the door is hard to open by keyboard, the mattress creaks when you seat down and when you turn your self on it.
