The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were clean. It was easy to connect a laptop to the TV in the room, which I always appreciate. The bed was comfortable, and the area was relatively quiet, so you can sleep well. The rooms are small, and I did not like that the toilet has glass walls with no additional separation. From the other side of the room, you can easily see the shower and the toilet, so I would recommend traveling with a partner or a not-too-shy friend. Additionally, the AC fan was a bit too loud, even on the lowest setting. Since you have to use the AC almost non-stop, this might be a problem for some people. I also tried the food in their restaurant, in my opinion it is overpriced and bland. You can eat much better food in the city for less money.

We liked the location, it was easy to get to from the airport and likewise to get to on the day of departure, took 20 mins at 1330 and no more than 15 mins at 0600. We chose a big room with a bath tub, the room was clean, spacious and the bathroom newly fitted out. Our flight was early. We needed to leave the hotel at 0600. I had messaged the hotel, whilst I had free cancellation to check if we could have an early breakfast and they said we could have something but not the full buffet. At check in, I was told there would be nothing available, this was disappointing. I think fruit, yogurt, croissant could have been left for us. Or as this is a hotel that is near the airport they should provide a breakfast service starting at 0600.

Everything is good, location, facilities, clean Not

The staff was very pleasant and helpful with anything. Loved the amenities of free refills for water, ocha tea and noodles in the lobby. Breakfast was very good (went for the English breakfast every day). Worth to pay the little extra for the suite. Spacious enough and wonderful bathroom. Location: we walked first day to the center and back which is about 40 minutes one way. The other days we took a Grab. Easy to get around from there.

The hotel had a nice lounge are with bar and pool table. They also sold travel essentials in the lobby. Staff was friendly. Room was modern and clean. Breakfast was limited to only a couple choices off the menu, but it was very good. Also being just off the main road, street noise was not a problem. The breakfast only included one coffee and no other beverage. So I asked for an orange juice and then paid 60 dong for it?! The breakfast was very good but it was limited and should include a couple more options and beverages.

Our room was nice and it’s close to the airport The staff were not very kind or welcoming. The hotel is close to the airport but far away from everything else.

The lobby smells horrible, but luckily it doesn't travel into the elevators or rooms.

Excellent hotel with great customer service close to the airport. The hotel is decorated beautifully and has great customer service. They have a nice set up in the lobby that offers complimentary iced tea, instant noodles, water, peanuts, and coffee. It's a nice touch. Good internet. There is a nice outdoor seating area and restaurant. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It would have been nice if the coffee bar had at least one non-dairy milk option and if the restaurant had at least one fully vegan meal option.

Close to airport. Located in a quiet residential area. Walking distance to Tran Quang Dieu shopping street. Good size, modern designed room. Free access to instant noodles. Restaurant food wasn't great.

The wi-fi is not paid, it's free. It's also fast. Room clean and comfortable bead. Car parking in front on street. 1. On more than my last 5 visits I have noticed you are immediately hit with a dead rotting mouse smell. A terrible first impression, it has also ruined a couple of nice evenings out coming back from an enjoyable dinner. In Ho Chi Minh which has a terrible mouse/rat problem throughout the city, as a hotel owner myself, I know a common area for a mouse to get stuck and die is the elevator shaft. On the 3rd or time complaining about the smell it was clear it was in the elevator shaft because it was overwhelming stench. You get to your room and you forget about it if going up, if coming down I told the front desk about it on all occasions. On the 3rd stay I say I want a manager to call me and talk to me about it "or I am going to do a bad review", I even have the hotels direct chat app Zalo but never heard from management. Even after showing front desk staff that I just left a 1 Star on Google at the Check Out counter on last visit. I even took the time to explain that i know elevator companies are expensive but your own maintenance guy should be able to do it, here's how: Put both elevators on the 2nd floor or higher. Temporarily kill elevator power, use manual key on metal elevator doors in lobby to open the doors and clean out dead mice. It could be done in 5 minutes. They don't do it, they just keep taking money. They are losing money too, on all occasions I opted for the INCLUDED BREAKFAST which I believe adds 200,000 plus to each of my last 5 or 6 bookings. They even give me a coupon for a free cocktail in their bar the last few times. I never use EAT THE BREAKFAST because smelling the DEAD MOUSE in the elevator shaft first thing in the morning, kills your appetite. For the same reason I skipped the free drink most of the time. The are killing their own bar and restaurant revenue, if these outlets are theirs, let them continue to shoot themselves in the foot.

Booked for 3 reasons—proximity to the airport, peace and quiet, and impeccably designed interiors. Grab is cheap and easily available so if you want the ability to engage the busy, crowded HCM streets and retreat when you’ve had enough, you can do it from here.

Superb

We stayed here for 1 night only in between a domestic and international flight, arriving around 5pm and leaving around 6am. Hotel is perfect location for the airport, less than 10 mins by car. From what we saw, the hotel was beautifully decorated. Staff were friendly and efficient. Room had everything we needed for a short stay. Complimentary coffee, juice and instant noodles are available 24/7 in the reception area which I thought was a nice touch! Bed was comfortable and shower was the best we had had in Vietnam. Robes and slippers were also provided. No access to apps on the TV, so restricted to cable channels. We tried to go to the hotel bar/restaurant around 10/11pm but reception told us it was closed already. We struggled a little to find somewhere to go for dinner/drinks but this wasn’t that surprising as the area is much less tourist-oriented than the centre of the city. Everything in the area was closed by about 10pm. This wasn’t a huge issue for us as we chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport.

Friendly staff and it was clean! Our shower gel ran out but apart from that everything was perfect! Not walking distance to the centre but the taxis are so cheap it doesn’t matter.
