Very clean and affordable. Aircon and hot water works well. Reception open 24hrs. I would stay again if I'm in Go Vap area. There's an ash tray provided too. But the room doesn't smell bad. Basic room without a kettle or fridge. Basic room but it's cheap.

Cozy room, top location, and charm potent enough to alter itineraries. There was no window in my room and the manager clearly explained why and I was satisfied with her response.

They upgraded us to a bigger room for free. We had to extend our stay and they only charged us with the weekday price. Weekend prices are more expensive. Very accommodating staff even they don't speak English very well, they tried to communicate using translating app. Near the airport but far from the tourist areas.

This hotel is a true oasis in Saigon! The location is perfect, located in a 100% local area, where you can fully experience the true spirit of the city. I spent three days and didn't meet any foreigners, which allowed me to really connect with local life. The staff is extremely friendly and ready to help at any time. I recommend it to all travelers who want to experience the real Saigon and enjoy the authentic atmosphere. The room are clean and very very cheep I'll definitely be back

Clean and good for the price. But keep in mind that this is mostly a Love Hotel. It is worth taking a room with a balcony

It’s too cheap… “ what you paid what you got.” I was not aware the area and property located. It’s very dirty and smoke smelly really bad in the room through the vent and AC.

Location to my work There was no hot water unless it was a sunny day. A HOTEL should have a secondary hot water system. Having to take cold showers was not nice.
