The hotel room is clean and it smells good. The staffs were very helpful and accommodating. A small room but cozy. The staffs ain't speak english, they used Google translate and tried their best to help with my concerns. Hard to communicate with

The room was pretty decent. For the price, this is a good option! Payment was cash-only, no cards! Luckily I had some VND on me. Shower cartridge was clearly broken (and leaking) and the water was either scorching hot or decently warm, no in-between. The toilet was leaking from somewhere slowly. Neither of these really... ruined my stay, exactly, just left a bad impression. Condoms sold at reception was a bit... odd, though if I suddenly needed them, I guess I would have appreciated the option, lol.

I booked it for the whole day, yet when I checked in, no rooms were available. The receptionist said they supposed that I canceled, while there were no calls made to my provided phone number. So I had to wait for the some guests to check out before they could stuff me in a random room, that I was not sure that it was the one that I booked.

The hotel itself was Okay. But the room was unacceptable dark and smelly l When we complained we were informed that something will be done but nothing happened..

Good localisation, nearby the airport. Electric kettle and coffee set in the room. Large and comfy bed. Clean and light interior (if you have a room with window or balcony ;) ). No possibility to pay by card or dollars. Be carefull when you are booking the room. Some of them do not have a window and there is no information about that in the description. Lack of breakfast.
