The rooms, the view, the facilities, the food, everything really. The staff was very nice and professional, especially Nicky ?? Nothing really

The elevator was a long wait because it has to go all way the down then come back up to your floor. It won’t just stop at your floor if it’s going down. We always have to wait longer than usual each time. I’m not sure about the price here, I was charged extra money for my daughter age. Shes 9 years old, not even 9.5 yet. But she was charged extra because she’s “near” 10 years old. I don’t understand how you charge extra for “near”. So she was charged adult price. But i didn’t want to deal with it.

Rooftop pool was an added benefit for the kids after a long day of activities.

Love the infinity pool and breakfast buffet.

Location is great, away from the business of District 1 but still has the restaurants walking distance nearby.

The location and the efficient concierge were the only saving grace of this hotel. Room facility - Bath tubs leaked in both rooms that I was assigned; after the 1st time that I used the tub in room 1717, the floor was inundated. I didn’t notice this was case - at dawn when I used the toilet, I slipped and fell. Good thing I didn’t hit my head on the wall. In the next room 1801, the bath tub water also seeped into the floor after use. Carpet in the hallway of 18th floor outside our room until the elevator area smelt like dog pee. The Staff - Breakfast Staff were impolite and disrespectful to me … instead of solving on their own the issue of my roommate not being registered in their list, the staff followed me around with a clipboard asking me to go to front desk to register. I had paid for two persons for my hotel rooms; it’s not as if my roommate (sister) was freeloading! - I informed the Front Desk manager of the incident. They offered apologies after giving excuses that the staff was not well-trained. While other hotels would have already made an extra gesture of making me & my sister feel comfortable after the incident, this hotel made no extra effort.

The pool,facilities and breakfast. No lotion provided, bar soap is not being replaced unless you asked for it, extra water is for a cost, front office manager is unprofessional.

This is my 2nd time staying at the hotel , we have a family room . The staff are friendly, room is clean and nice , especially the pool is amazing. We have a great time there .

Everything was amazing!! The staff were outstanding! Check in was easy, they gave us an upgraded room with the biggest comfiest bed. The room and bathroom were very clean, the whole place was clean. There were great facilities including a casino and cinema!! The roof-top pool area was amazing especially with the infinity pool, and sunset was amazing! The breakfast was delicious, with so many options to choose from. We visited the Chinese restaurant and had the buffet dumplings. We were on the 16th floor, so there was no noise from the traffic. There were plenty of lifts, we never had to wait too long. I wish the rooftop had a lift, or a different staircase, the steps were big and I’d have hated to try navigate them after one too many cocktails. Also at 5foot4 the walk way wasn’t a problem but you had to duck down around the staircase if you were over 6foot2…

I like the service and the cool air conditioning .

The location was excellent. The swimming pool and the view of the city from the rooftop pool is the best part of the hotel. The check in staffs could have been more helpful at checking in. The telephone in the two rooms that we booked did not work. We followed the instructions and still they would not work. Slow elevators.

The hotel is outdated, interior is terrible and service is okay not amazing. Would not stay there again

It was an amazing experience, I like the ambience and the atmosphere of being there. Foods were excellent . Hotel personnel and staff were good and polite , especially the concierge team. I admire all. Nothing to say. I enjoyed all. Some guests are not wearing properly during breakfast time. Rest room at the 25th floor must be kept clean and freshly maintained, so that guests will do necessary personal discipline to cooperate with cleanliness and for the hotel .

Good hotel with all the right facilities. Great terrace pool. Staff was very helpful and polite. Special thanks to Tai, who helped get all our 4 rooms together on the same floor and even upgraded us to have that happened. Breakfast served was also decent. Overall great stay.
