We asked hotel to keep our luggages for a few days trip and we come back to stay after the trip. Hotel refused saying that there is no place to store our luggages. We ended up going to different hotel. Just to mention hotels keeping luggages for customer's are the norm here in Vietnam

None 1- The hotel asks for compensation cost of hard to remove stains on the towels, bed sheets or pillow cases. This regulation/ request is unreasonable for a guest who rent the room. 2- The breakfast is included but you have to order to cook bẻo 10am for the next day and the menu items are very limited, only a few dishes.

Location halfway between airport and city center. The hotel was generally OK. Good view from my room, and quiet. The room was small. Some overall renovation is needed. Shower complicated to use. Breakfast mediocre.

Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, good location walking distance from many restaurants, bars, and food. The room I was in was very spacious. You had to pre order the breakfast the day before.

The staff were unsupportive, and communication was extremely difficult. Although I had booked the room with breakfast included, the front desk asked for my breakfast choice at check-in the day, offering just 4 options. Unfortunately, none of these were suitable for me. When I asked whether an alternative could be provided, the request was declined. Even a simple change in the meat option (for example, chicken instead of beef) was not accommodated. At one point, the reception staff stated that they were unable to help. This situation arose after full payment had already been made. This situation occurred after full payment had already been made. Only after I requested a refund for the breakfast did the staff agree to provide a very basic option of eggs and bread. Overall, the experience lacked flexibility, understanding, and basic customer service.

While the street is a bit grungy, once inside the property is pretty decent. The room was a little cramped but still laid out well. A small complimentary mini bar was included with the room which was a very nice surprise. Breakfast was ordered from a set menu the night before. The pork dumplings were great! A mini mart was a couple doors down which was also handy. Walls are very thin. Kind of noisy.

The staff were rude and stingy. Charged for every little extra thing - not willing to accommodate for anything or be helpful and make you feel stressed. No one’s smiling - everyone seems annoyed.
