The address not correct on the web. No parking as advertised.

Unfortunately, there was a huge cockroach sitting on the bathroom curtain at the entrance to the room! The room has no windows, it's dusty and dirty everywhere! The staff changed the room, but the new one was already with a window, you can't get the same clean! Unfortunately, I had to leave this hotel despite the paid period! The reservation was non-refundable and we planned to spend 4 nights here - in the end, none!

The doorman was very helpful and friendly The room was super dirty, the AC did not work, poor soundproof, you can hear footsteps from the room above you. On their website they said free parking, private parking, I sent them a message just to double check that we have a place to park, they said they will guide us where to park, it was just 200m from the hotel, they did not mention that we have to pay for parking, but when we arrived they told us we have to pay for our parking, and it was 700m from their hotel, we had 2 small kids and a lot of backpacks, it was hard to walk. In the middle of the night the other guest opened our room with his key. They said it was wrong setting, but I do think one key can open every door in the hotel, we had the same experience with other hotel. We don’t feel safe anymore after that.

Location and that’s it!! Everything. The rooms were dingy and some were without windows. Nothing like the pictures. They are heavily understaffed and when they are available they’re extremely rude and show a lot of pointless attitude. The rooms are dirty with paint chipped everywhere. The food served is also terrible!!! Overall absolutely pathetic.

Hotel was in city location just 15 mins from attractive places which can be covered by walking Breakfast was good as for the price typical Vietnamese food Room bathtub was old and dirty Tv was quite old too as well

The room size was fine. The room we actually booked, wasn't like it shown on the internet. The bed sheet and bed head cover was stained. The A/C unit was broken as you couldn't adjust the swing function. We complained and got another room, however again the A/C unit was broken as you couldn't adjust the swing function. the towel rail fell off the fixing and the shower head kept moving around and wasn't secured properly. The staff member who served us was very defensive. The Breakfast room was very hot due to the lack of A/C..

Location was convenient. The room was clean. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, we requested to be given different mattresses or a different room - but we were told that they were fully booked and nothing could be done. The breakfast was lack lustre, staff wasn't bothered, had to keep asking for refills of fruit, corn flakes and milk - coz those were the only items edible for vegetarians. No service, no warmth, no hospitality. They have just 1 lift across 13 floors - so guests had to keep waiting for long to go up or down. Lukewarm water in the bathrooms. Very disappointed.

The toilet is keeps dry by the exhaust fan. Clean and dry to use whole day. Can be nosy at times because the wall and door not shut properly.
