Location was great The photos on the website did not accurately reflect the reality of the swimming pool, amenities, or room. We were disappointed with the overall experience.

Property location is very great and very convenient They’re not offering the room which they put in the picture. Secondly, duct up is too high in water is come out from the when you shower it. there is too much noise outside till 3 AM in the morning last two days which I stay at the room.

Location was excellent, just a short walk to the main shopping street selling luxury branded goods, a mall and a short taxi ride to the Ben Thanh Market. The hotel was excellent and the staff were always friendly, helpful and willing to assist with anything. The breakfast and al a carte menu for dinner was first class, with great variety of local flavours. Loved it. It was my first time trying beef pho and bahn mi - easily top of the list of favourite foods when travelling.

Paragon Hotel met all of my needs. I wanted a more up to date hotel, with breakfast near the downtown area. I was able to explore the area by walking. There's a lot of shopping nearby. You can also walk to Cho Ben Thanh if you want, it's about a 20 minute walk there but there's so much to see on the way so it ends up being a lot longer. The breakfast was nice, there was a variety of things but the noodle soup and egg options were best. Guests services were amazing. From the door greeters, to the reception, breakfast staff, room cleaners....everyone was great.

Location. Staff friendly and help with questions.Easy to get to main attractions on that side of District 1. Breakfast buffet variety was great. Bathroom tub wand was loose and kept hitting tub. Toilet bidet leaked water. shower leaked water into main part of bathroom. Switching channels on tv/remote was a chore so decided not to use. Swimming pool is small, don’t choose if you want to swim. Would ask staff to clean shower heads/wands(if they read this), mine had hard water which reduced waterflow.

In our room there was food smell die to night market and thay was annoying

Location is great. restaurant is good. Room was very comfortable. Staff is very friendly the bathtub and shower are very badly designed. When you shower you inundate the bathroom floor in seconds.

Very nice hotel and the staff was great!

The hotel has a good location, with major attractions nearby. Breakfast was nice. The rooms are a bit small for four people but acceptable. Housekeeping is available daily upon request. The entrance staff were very polite, welcoming, and helpful with any information we needed. We were charged an additional 3% for card payments, so it’s better to pay directly through Booking.com.

Fairly spacious room considering vietnamese hotels. Hotel location was accessible for street shopping. Pleasant and helpful staff. Weighing Scale in the lobby was useful. The swimming pool was small, took barely couple of strokes to get to other end. There were no bathrobes to use for swimming pool. The window had a view of the wall of adjacent building. Food labeling could have been more comprehensive for allergens.

Room is big and clean. Hotel is quiet and staff very friendly. Locate of the busy street but walkable distance to the Nguyễn Huệ walking street Did not have all the amenities you would expect from the hotel .
