Location, staff & breakfast were great. Staff made every effort to welcome & provide assistance when requested. Location is excellent for access to district one historical sites & attractions. Food offerings for breakfast was good. A selection of Asian & Western styles available. Room without a window, not for me. Felt like an isolation room. I’m sure the bigger rooms are better. Hot water system felt like it was not consistent. Warm, hot, cool, hot again. Air-conditioner seem to me needed cleaning. Stale air came through into the room.

Excellent location! Close to all the popular sights of District 1. Pool was nice and clean too. Nothing.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly, making for a pleasant stay. The room I stayed in was also more spacious than those of other hotels. Moreover, the abundance of good restaurants nearby made it incredibly convenient. Additionally, the breakfast at this hotel was superb, surpassing that of any other hotel. There is nothing to mention. Everything about hotel was so good.

comfortable room, friendly staff, reasonable gym, reasonable breakfast. special shout-out to Quy - exceptional service from him shower poorly designed making it near impossible to have a shower without flooding room. gym ok but poorly designed. why would you choose a decline bench press. hardly anyone would use this. swap it for flat bench.

strategic location... this hotel is too localised standard !!! how can it be convenient for the foreign guest? Eg: switch on TV but written in Vietnamese? and all TV channels are Vietnamese program (99% speaking vietnamese) how can the guest enjoy ? Is hotel expect guests can read and adjust the TV channel themselves?
