great stay in an amazing location. didn't consume breakfast in hotel but the rooms were cleaned daily and definitely as per photos. special shout-out to Wy & Kyle, couldn't be more helpful whether whilst checking in or looking for money changer etc.

Room was clean and tidy. Please ensure the elevator works all the time. It broke down too frequently and cause us a lot of time traveling down/up by stairs. We were at the highest floor. Also Room is a bit dark and table lamp is not working.

I had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Roseland Group of hotels were extremely accommodating. I booked at Roseland Corp at the last minute, and I ended up needing to check in early (12.00 PM). Roseland Corp didn't have any rooms ready for me. Rather than let me wait until 2.00pm, the front desk asked if I would be interested in checking in to Roseland Centa, which was about a block and a half away. The property was pristine, and all staff have been extremely helpful. I was greeted on the first day by Ken, the bellman who helped me with my luggage and reseting the safe in my room. I found out the next day that the safe was actually malfunctioning, and front desk sent a repairman (I didn't catch his name), and he worked very quickly! I think he might have fixed the issue in under a half hour. The front desk/concierge Ti was extremely helpful. I needed assistance with some things before my trip to Ha Noi, and she was able to assist me. Ti's customer service was impeccable. I had a housekeeper named My who cleaned my room daily. I was never without fresh towels and a clean room. The property was conveniently located in Little Tokyo, which had convenient stores, restaurants, and banks nearby to withdraw VND. The Opera House and Saigon Centre, even the waterfront, was within a walkable distance. The area could get a little sketchy with all of the working girls and men at night, but the property itself felt completely safe. A big and burly gentleman in a white collar shirt was usually posted in the lobby, and he kept a watchful eye of people entering and leaving the property. The breakfast buffet was delicious. There were many choices, and the menu varied each day. The staff were, as usual, attentive. Overall, Roseland offered a good value for the amount of nights that I stayed: a convenient location, wonderful and attentive staff, and great amenities. As vibrant as the area became at night, the hotel also had good soundproofing. There are A LOT of working girls at night and unsavory-looking men roaming around. However, you will find that whether you're staying in or around D. Bui Ven, the Sheraton, or Little Tokyo. For the price per night and sense of privacy, Roseland Group is a hidden gem. I would prefer Roseland Centa as opposed to Roseland Corp due to its central location.

Nancy did an excellent job of helping me stay in my deluxe room for the price of the standard room that I had originally booked. She is excellent!

The service staff are very friendly and always helpful to me Especially Neil and Nancy are very professional. The breakfast in the hotel is quite rich. I booked 4 rooms with my friends and the room service was very good.

Returning customer here, the hotel's standards are consistently high. All staff have been helpful & cheery, special mention to Nhu at reception; and Neil at the door. Both of them exceed 5/5; will return next time

The staff were very helpful and friendly. This includes all staff from front desk, doormen, restaurant staff and housekeeping. The hotel is close to everything so you can either walk or grab around. The air conditioning was difficult to control.

For the size of the property, the breakfast was good. The staffs were fairly well trained. The restaurant was clean. The Front Office staffs were good. Nancy and Neil. Less traffic noice. Perhaps, more sound proof materials.

It s very good to recomend for family , solo or couple ......!! The hotel is close to everywhere , the room is extra clean , and the best customer service i never seen , i dont think u can find anywhere else in viet nam like roseland corp hotel ....!and Very very good value with money we spent I have no words to say 100% satisfy
