Check-in and check-out were very fast and professional, no waiting around. The in-room Wi-Fi was high-speed and stable, and the work desk was well-designed with enough lighting for me to handle paperwork at night. The location in Ben Nghe ward made it super convenient to walk to nearby corporate offices. The soundproofing between rooms could be slightly better. Around 7-8 AM, I could faintly hear doors closing or people talking out in the hallway.

Great location and have good restaurants around it. Nice bar as well with outdoor seating. All good!

WiFi was okay, not super fast but usable. Lots of food options around, which I liked. The room can feel a bit stuffy if staying longer, but fine for a short stay.

Breakfast was ok, but could have been better. The 'queen' bed in our room was two double beds pushed together with a very noticeable metal bar in-between the two.

Friendly staff, clean property, walking distance to city centre. Room was small, in a complicated area, definitely not recommend for family with kids.

The hotel has a touch of Japanese style, especially with the surrounding neighborhood. I’ve been to Japan and love ramen, so I asked the front desk for recommendations they kindly pointed me to some good local spots.

I couldn’t find the spa and was told the hotel doesn’t offer this service. Hopefully, they’ll add one in the future. That said, there are several spas nearby I tried the one next to the hotel and it was good. Besides the lack of a spa and pool, everything else was great.

I stayed in a Superior room for a 2-day business trip. There was no window, so it wasn’t very bright during the day, but the aircon was cool, and the wifi was strong perfect for working without needing to sit in a café.

Breakfast included bread, porridge, and some hot Western dishes. If you prefer a simple breakfast, it’s just fine. But if you’re used to big hotel buffets, you might find the options limited. Still, the service was really sweet and friendly.

Maybe I was just tired, but I slept incredibly well here. The bed was big, the mattress was soft, and the room had good soundproofing.

I saw the Junior Suite in a TikTok review and booked it to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The room was spacious with a private balcony and bathtub. The hotel set up a simple decoration on the bed, and my husband added flowers to the tub it was such a lovely and romantic experience.

What I really liked was how new the hotel felt compared to other places in the area. Housekeeping was thorough fresh towels every day. My Superior room had a small window facing an airwell, so there was just enough natural light to keep the room from feeling stuffy.

It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to Vincom or Nguyen Hue Walking Street. There are also many Japanese restaurants nearby, which is perfect for business travelers like me. The room isn’t big, but it has everything you need.

I stayed in a Deluxe External room with a window facing another building, but the natural light made the space feel bright and airy. The room was tidy and clean, and the staff were always smiling and quick to help. Great location too just a short walk to the Japanese street.

I booked a Deluxe Internal room with no view, but since it was near the end of the hallway, it was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was decent not too many dishes but good quality.
