L'emplacement est excellent, en plein cœur du 1er arrondissement, avec de nombreux restaurants et commerces de proximité accessibles à pied. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue, tandis que le personnel s'est montré accueillant, sympathique et toujours prêt à aider. Le petit-déjeuner était de bonne qualité, avec un choix suffisant pour bien commencer la journée. La chambre était un peu plus petite que je ne l'avais imaginée, mais cela n'a pas vraiment été un problème pour un court séjour. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un séjour très agréable et je trouve que l'hôtel offre un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Je n'hésiterais pas à y séjourner de nouveau lors d'une prochaine visite.

This is my second time choosing Sky Gem Hotel Sora after nearly a year. The room quality still maintains its cleanliness, freshness, and order just as before. The staff remain cheerful and eager to help. There's absolutely nothing to complain about regarding the prime central location The water pressure at the washbasin (lavabo) was slightly weaker on the days I stayed compared to the powerful water pressure of the shower inside the stall. However, this minor issue didn't affect daily activities much.

As an older couple, we prioritize a comfortable rest. This hotel pleased us due to the support of the young receptionists, who always kindly checked on us and gave detailed directions. The room was clean, the air was fresh, and the bed had just the right amount of firmness to avoid back pain. Breakfast was easy to enjoy The bathroom floor can get a bit slippery when wet with soap sudd. The hotel should equip non-slip stickers or a rubber mat inside the walk-in shower to give elderly guests like us more peace of mind.

Although the Superior room is modestly sized (around 20m2), the furniture layout is smart with no redundant details, giving the room an airy feel. Basic amenities like an electric kettle, tea/coffee, and room slippers were fully provided. The central location made it easy to get anywhere. Due to the internal-facing design, there is no view of the street, and the window is mainly for ventilation. However, the room was extremely quiet, making it perfect for someone who just needs a clean place to sleep after a long day out.

The room was neatly decorated, modern, and stylish. Our favorite feature was the Smart TV, which connected to the internet perfectly so we could cast movies from our iPad and binge-watch after a night out. The AC cooled the room down quickly without blowing directly onto the bed. The lobby waiting area on the ground floor is a bit small. During peak hours when multiple groups check in at the same time, the space can feel a little cramped and crowded.

Excellent location an easy walk to Nguyen Hue Walking Street and the Bach Dang wharf. Overall, the hotel is very clean, and the walk-in shower had great water pressure, which was amazing after a long day of walking outside. The staff speak good English and always greeted us politely. The wall-mounted hairdryer in the bathroom was a bit weak. My hair is long and thick, so it took quite a while to dry completely

Wanting a change of scenery, we booked a night here. I was most impressed by the reception staff, who warmly recommended several great cafes and reputable spas nearby. The bed was incredibly comfortable with fresh, clean linens we had a truly deep sleep The hotel strictly enforces the 2 PM check-in time. We arrived about 20 minutes early and the room wasn't ready yet, so we had to wait in the lobby for a bit. On the bright side, the receptionists served us cold drinks while we waited.

Getting a clean room with buffet breakfast included at this price point in District 1 is an absolute steal. The breakfast didn't have a massive selection, but everything was tasty and served hot. The security guard downstairs was incredibly sweet, always proactively helping with motorbikes and holding an umbrella for us when it rained. I booked a budget-friendly Superior room, so the window faced the internal courtyard and lacked natural light unless all the lamps were turned on. If you prefer a bright room, I'd suggest upgrading to an Exterior room category.

Check-in and check-out were very fast and professional, no waiting around. The in-room Wi-Fi was high-speed and stable, and the work desk was well-designed with enough lighting for me to handle paperwork at night. The location in Ben Nghe ward made it super convenient to walk to nearby corporate offices. The soundproofing between rooms could be slightly better. Around 7-8 AM, I could faintly hear doors closing or people talking out in the hallway.

Great location and have good restaurants around it. Nice bar as well with outdoor seating. All good!

WiFi was okay, not super fast but usable. Lots of food options around, which I liked. The room can feel a bit stuffy if staying longer, but fine for a short stay.

Breakfast was ok, but could have been better. The 'queen' bed in our room was two double beds pushed together with a very noticeable metal bar in-between the two.

Friendly staff, clean property, walking distance to city centre. Room was small, in a complicated area, definitely not recommend for family with kids.

The hotel has a touch of Japanese style, especially with the surrounding neighborhood. I’ve been to Japan and love ramen, so I asked the front desk for recommendations they kindly pointed me to some good local spots.

I couldn’t find the spa and was told the hotel doesn’t offer this service. Hopefully, they’ll add one in the future. That said, there are several spas nearby I tried the one next to the hotel and it was good. Besides the lack of a spa and pool, everything else was great.
