breakfast is generous with a big diversity of choices and food of all origins. The room has a great view on the city. The swimming pool is great and the gym is good too.

Staff were absolutely lovely, without exception, could not do enough to help us Room was a good size but the oversized useless couch took up so much space there wasn't much room to move. I cannot understand why hotels need to use up every available surface to place useless ads and items, I actually need that space for my toiletries and personal items. The bathroom doors are not full size so you can't seal off the bathroom area and the smell from the shower at night was unpleasant. When we checked in we were given 2 for 1 cocktail/drink vouchers for the rooftop bar but when we went to the bar they told us the offer had changed and it was now buy 2 get 1. It is the misleading information and mismatched offers that I am objecting to, it's not that hard to get the offer right in the beginning and not subject the bar staff to explaining the changes, pretty poor process for a 5 star hotel

location I request a tower for more than half an hour, but still didn’t any people send the tower to me until I want to check out, then the staff send the tower. Also, I have booked a wrong date in the property and I get zero refund, very disappointed

Everything. The location is close to almost all tourist spots and shops. Easy to find. Room is clean. The love the large windows that brings in the sunlight in the morning. No bidet in the toilets (as an Asian)

We were celebrating the end of our honeymoon at the Pullman and I inquired on a special request to celebrate. We were thoroughly excited to get the corner suite with balloons and a message saying happy honeymoon from PSC. We left for breakfast and came back to find a cake, roses in a vase and personal message :) it was such a beautiful touch. The room and amenities are premium and very clean. Bed was comfy, black out curtains all the way around, bath tub and shower were fabulous with great pressure. The staff are phenomenal!! 5 star personalities and service. Particularly front staff who were so helpful with all our luggage. The room 2101 is also massive. We also received early check in and late check out based on availability. We loved how hospitable and accommodating everyone was. I would recommend to everyone. Everything exceeded our expectations. Nothing! Its close to Bui Vien so expect some outside noise such as music and karaoke! No big deal since its Vietnam :) bring ear plugs or ear buds
