Room advertising is very small. asking for more 1/3 of total price for a bigger room. Very disappointed ?

We booked 3 nights to stay and when we checked in, they said we could only stay in the room we booked for 2 nights and needed to move to another room for the third night as they had already let someone else book our room on the third night. So confusing and inconvinient!
