Location and staff were nice There were blood on the sheets and the place smelled like cigarettes and had an ash try despite being a no smoking building

The location is good. Near to many foods stall and restaurants. The soundproof of the room is very bad. You can hear clearly when people talk in the corridor. Also you can hear other rooms opening and closing the taps.

The hotel is clean and the people who work in very available and kind. Good position if someone needs to reach quickly rail station. Room clean and quite well maintained. Nothing to report

The shower was unbelievable. I enjoyed the different settings and the fact it has a timer & temperature screen. Smart TV also made it a nicer experience at night. There were a lot of ants in the room and the room only got cleaned on request. There was no help on things to do/places to go like there had been everywhere else on Vietnam.

Get to experience authentic Vietnam. But far from main town and very noisy. Staff were very kind when my dad fell. Maybe a bit far from town.
