Sky Gem Central Hotel

Location is definitely a plus, close to many attractions. The room was clean and modern, but lighting was a bit dim for my liking. Staff were polite and responsive. Overall still a comfortable stay.

Great location and staff! I had a room overlooking the river. Very comfortable! The staff are amazing especially the door men and breakfast workers. Breakfast is served on the top floor by the pool. They had different types of noodles every day! Outstanding! One elevator, kind of slow, but it did not matter.

Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Room is spacious. Breakfast was good. Room view is not good. There is a building under construction next to the room and they were jackhammering until 9:30pm. I contacted the front desk to see if they could make them stop but the staff disregarded my request. In my opinion its the hotel's staff duty to enforce noise ordinances, but they did not share that view. If I was the owner of the hotel, I would take this issue seriously. Hotel price was high compared to the room and noise level.

Hotel’s location grate. The hotel is close to famous tourist attractions like Central post office, Nguyen Hue walking street. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was not clean and not enough space. Generally housekeeping services were problems. Old and dirty towels, not cleaning room etc. There was not enough food for breakfast. There was s lot of noise coming into the room from outside.

My sister and I picked Sky Gem Central because it’s close to famous tourist spots but still quiet. The room was clean and comfortable. Although it didn’t have a city view, the natural light in the room was great. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus

The room wasn’t huge, but it was very comfortable and had everything I needed. The hotel’s central location was convenient for getting around and attending meetings

Exceptional

As an international traveler, I was very impressed with the location and service at Sky Gem Central. It’s only a short walk to major shopping centers and restaurants. The room was compact but very clean and well-maintained. I enjoyed the rooftop pool with a great city view

The bathroom was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet even though the hotel is in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I loved the rooftop pool for a relaxing evening

This was my first time in Ho Chi Minh City, and I chose Sky Gem Central for its great location. The hotel is close to famous tourist attractions like Nguyen Hue Walking Street and Ben Thanh Market, but still quiet enough to rest.

The location was perfect Very small. No bar or restaurant.

Disappointing

I had to attend a conference in Ho Chi Minh City and chose this hotel for its central location. It's near shopping centers and office buildings, which made it super convenient. The room was comfortable for my short stay and had all the basics I needed.

The location was ideal for visiting the main tourist sites, yet the hotel was quiet and relaxing. The family room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool

I stayed here with my boyfriend for a weekend getaway. The hotel is small but has a modern and stylish design. Although our room didn’t have a city view, it was bright and comfortable. The rooftop pool is amazing, especially in the evening
