The location of this boutique hotel was great within the centre of District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City. The staff were very friendly and attentive throughout my stay and also helped me make a restaurant reservation. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea were included in the reservation and were generous. I was upgraded to an executive suite and was given a late check-out upon request. There is a nice and cosy rooftop bar/terrace where you can have a drink, while enjoying the view on the Saigon River. The gym and pool are very small. Not all hotel rooms have windows or a view, so it is important to check this beforehand. There is no complementary hotel shuttle to the airport, but you can pay and be provided with one (I did not use this service). There was a short water cut that was resolved fast by the maintenance team.

There is very nice tea time included. They also allowed me to stay after check out on the lobby cafe for work on computer and use rooftop shower in SPA. Very nice.

We had a great stay at the Silverland Jolie Hotel in Saigon. We arrived at 6:30 am after a 16 hour flight from SFO and although our room was not ready at this early hour, the staff kindly welcomed us, brought us coffee and refreshments, and offered the use of the spa to shower and change clothes. We were told our room would be ready at 2 pm so we went out exploring District 1, but received a text from the hotel around noon that the room was ready early. All of the main tourist sights in Saigon are within easy walking distance. The room was comfortable and spacious with a good shower and plenty of hot water. The air conditioning was great. We really enjoyed their buffet breakfast that included both western and Vietnamese selections. The rooftop pool, though a bit smaller than appeared in pictures, was fine, but the larger of the two pools was the hot tub, and what would normally be the hot tub was the cool one - you could probably call it cold as in a plunge. Overall fine, just a bit unexpected. The rooftop bar was convenient and reasonable. We really enjoyed our stay at the Silverland Jolie Hotel.

Lovely hotel, very clean and great location within the city with everything in walking distance. Super sweet staff, we went for our honeymoon and they decorated our room beautifully and even gave us a bouquet that added a cute touch. Very friendly and helpful team and we felt well taken care of. Would recommend to everyone! Nothing!

The location Pretty much catfishing with nice pics. Room did not have a direct outside window, it is an interior window inside a corridor. It was clean. Breakfast so-so. Did not try the afternoon tea, seemed nice though.

Quiet, no street noise at all, but walking distance to lots of good restaurants and attractions. Very helpful and attentive staff. Breakfast was good. Coffee was so good. Afternoon tea was good! None.

Good location, good breakfast, clean room. Polite staff. Room was very small, too small to open suitcase on the floor for example. No window (but we were fine with this, and it was noted on the booking). Room was very noisy in the morning. So cloud not sleep through. Staff claimed it was neighbours building. After two night we were moved to another room, which was quiet. Only defect, if you like, were big gaps around the door letting through a lot of light into the room. So not ideal if you like your bedroom to be dark.
