White Lotus Hotel Saigon

The staff made this stay exceptional. Lana at reception went above and beyond throughout my stay and was always incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. Henry was very kind and assisted me with my bags smoothly every time I needed help. Tina kept the room consistently spotless and well organized every single day. What truly stood out was the genuine smiles and positive attitude the team maintained throughout the entire stay. It made the hotel feel warm, comfortable, and genuinely caring rather than just transactional. Very little to complain about overall. A few small areas of the property could benefit from minor modernization, but the excellent service from the staff easily outweighed that.

The location was perfect, centrally located with easy access to everything. The staff was incredible. Tan, Phillip, Victoria, everyone was always so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and a perfect to get something in your belly before venturing out in the busy city. Truly couldn’t have asked for a better hotel experience on our first trip to Saigon. The street can be a little noisy at night.

Good location close to most tourist sites. The hotel is in a side street with less traffic. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Clean room and comfortable bed.

Great value hotel for short term stays in HCM. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was nice. The location is great and allows you to walk to all the key monuments/museums, especially at night. Breakfast was very limited

Very helpful staff they arranged a taxi to the airport, and Henry on the front door was also helpful. We booked the room with a balcony, but when we arrived They told us it was unavailable due to maintenance. We stayed in a much smaller room. We had been in Vietnam for a month and thought this was the worst breakfast we had on our trip.

I just want to give credit to the staffs! Philip and Henry were very sweet and welcoming. Philip was there when I first came in, he helped me with my heavy luggages and even on my last day, he waited for my taxi to load my things in the vehicle. Henry was there during evenings and he was very helpful and welcoming as well! the food breakfast could do some work. It looks like it is catered for a certain race since a lot of them stays in that hotel. not much options and just looks like left over vegetables. Bed is a bit too stiff to my liking.

Strategic location from which you can reach all places of interest. The room was large and perfectly clean, equipped with all comforts. Considering the liveliness of the area, it was also very quiet. All the staff, and in particular Phillip at the door and Rose at the reception, as well as the kitchen staff, were all very kind and friendly, making us to feel at home. The breakfast was good, varied enough for a good start in the morning. Recommended!

Tina was wonderful and did an amazing job cleaning. Also the breakfast staff, Tammy was great. Her eggs were delicious. The front desk staff was helpful when getting directions around the city, I wish I remembered her name but she was the night time front desk receptionist.

Only 1 side of the view from balcony Everything: bed was a rock, A/C didn't work properly, balcony door did not close so hot air coming into room when we were on balcony. No way the room is 45 m2. The room looks nothing like the pictures Bathroom is safety hazard: shower in bathtub but no handle to hold on to climbing in and out. Bath not connected to wall so water goes behind bath, not hygienic. Showerhead in 1 position only for small people. Only 1 nightstand. No room for 2nd one because fridge is next to bed. Strange empty kitchen cabinets in room??! Folding bed in middle of room. Breakfast room is too small, no tables available when we came down. Baking going on IN breakfast room so awful smell. Needed a shower after breakfast. We got a table overlooking kitchen and dirty dishes. There were no coffee cups, no more bread. Nothing to put on bread besides tiny cups of jam. Fruit was only banana. 1 toaster for whole room. The take away breakfast was 2 dry slices of white bread, 1 banana and a cup of yoghurt with jam. Never again!!!
