Very attentive staff; I felt welcomed. The rooftop bar and pool, the breakfast were great, and everything is close. I would definitely go back to this hotel!

The staff was excellent. The breakfast buffet is seriously second to none!!!! The rooms were spacious, great location. The roof top pool was also amazing! Was not told until day 2 that we shouldn’t drink hotel water. I thought a luxury hotel would have filtered water. Nevertheless something this important should be told upon check in!!!

Breakfast was fantastic and the pool in the morning was so lovely. Amenities in the room could have been a bit better and there was absolutely no view, but overall - great value and enjoyable stay. Thank you!

Proximity and walking distance to everything in the city. If I could give an 11/10 for their customer service I would! What VIP treatment we received my goodness! Family of five with three small children, we booked the family suite (with no view) and it was amazing. Every time I called for something they were super helpful and accommodating. There's no microwave which I needed for my kids but I was able to use the microwave at the Circle K downstairs. It was beautiful, clean, the staff was everything and more! Doormen opened the car door for us EVERY TIME upon arrival and departure! They also carried our big stroller up the entry stairs every time because there's no accessible ramp. I want to stay here all the time now. :) We left VN with 13 suitcases and had to book their luxury limo shuttle to the airport. I didn't lift a single finger. The kids loved it! It was $68 USD and worth every dime for convenience and assistance. After five weeks of traveling, this was what I really needed. Probably that I didn't have a microwave in the family suite only because I don't waste food and like my kids to eat their leftovers. I tend to feed them in the room rather than out.

The location is good a bit off the beaten track thus quiet at night This hotel is a classic wannabe but not measuring up - and definitely not suitable for business people. Electricity connection points are hidden in dubious places and offer only Vietnamese connections. Although an iron was offered after repeatedly requesting one, no or iron board was offered. Drainage in the bathroom was clogged and it was fixed after three days. The gym had faulty equipment and it took two days to have it fixed. The rooftop bar is only accessible by climbing stairs - no elevator access for disabled. Some of the staff tried to be overly helpful clinging to you, and it became comical.

I loved everything about this hotel. Very friendly staff, very clean rooms, great rooftop pool, excellent breakfast offerings. 10 out of 10, I'd recommend this hotel.
