The staff was good in accommodating requests. Thankful I got transferred to a room with windows eventually. The room designs are interesting I find the pillows hard and painful to the neck

The hotel is in the city center, very easy to commute.The staff are very helpful and polite. The room is spacious.The breakfast was nice. I knew since when I booked the room that the bathroom has glass wall with electric curtain.But when you actuall used the bathroom, it couldn't be a little irritating to open and close everytime you use the bathroom.The fridge wasn't working properly.

Close to many attractions like Japan Town, River Cruise, Tower. In room mini refrigerator was running all the time consuming electricity but it did not make anything cold at all. It didn’t affect me much.

Fancy design in the room Due to the travel arrangements I stayed less than 12 hours.. The staff refused to let me in the room earlier (although my check out was 3-4am...!) I did not like cold lights and very poor view from the room.. Next time id choose another one in this area.

The location was great and so was the breakfast spread. The translucent beach wallpaper in the small balcony area was a nice touch The staff were rude, especially the person managing the breakfast area. Also the shower heads in the rooms are so bad that they flooded the bathroom once turned on. The facilities person came with a couple of towels and said the showers were “fine”. I shared my concerns about the shower at reception and the staff clearly didn’t appear to take note or care.

Nothing than the location They charge for 100,000 VND per nite for car parking outside the hotel - actually is the opposide hotel. But, they said that they dont have bill for that, the company would not know about that charge, just have to pay that extra charge to the FO and Security team in cash only. Also, they forgot to put complimentary water in out room??? definitely not worth a cent.

Advertised a pool, it does not ! A concrete tub on 10th floor, in midst of junk yard. It is NOT under remodel as check-in staff told me. The shower-tiniest of tiny, poor drainage, smelly of mold & mildew, same as hallways, nats & spiders, tepid water

Chose it for location Shower and toilette are at the same place which makes it very inconvenient. Also the walls are very thin. The hotel is quite old.
