The location. The Hotel was clean and comfortable. I only had 1 small window in my room with no view at all.

- The hotel has the perfect location! You are literally within walking distance to the major attractions of HCM. - It was very clean! - There was a very disturbing and heavy smell of mold and probably puke in the room. And you cannot ventilate the room, so you have to endure it. It was so unbearable I could not spend much time in the room. - There is a tiny window in the room and it was facing a wall/fire exit. So there is basically no sunlight in the room and it feels like a dungeon :) - if you are not Asian or familiar with Asian breakfast, which is basically not much different from lunch/dinner, the only option you have for breakfast is eggs and cereals. I had to eat outside during my stay.

Really good location, right in amongst everything but without being noisy. Nice big room. Had a minor problem with air conditioner which was resolved quickly.

Centrally located,good restaurants and shops close by.The hotel is a little run down and needs a good clean in places,the staff are very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was ok.Our room didn’t have any windows which is a bit weird

Location is good and accessible to most of the popular locations 1. Hotel doesn't met with the expectation and the amount paid for 2. If you take bath after 8:00AM you have to take bath with cold water 3. Limited breakfast options for Vegetarian 4. Hotel staff doesn't understand your concern and every time need some translator to explain 5. I'hv checked out in morning 6:30AM and requested to print the invoice once i come back at 7:00PM in evening they mentioned morning staff not communicated the evening staff 6. I have checked out 6hours before the checkout time, but when i requested for 30mins or 1 hour earlier checkin they requested for additional money, which courtesy for guests

This hotel is quite nice, the rooms are clean and tidy, the receptionist here is enthusiastic and lovely, very close to Bach Dang wharf and walking street

The bathroom needs some type of ventilation because it is impossible to cope with the sewer smell.
