Friendly and helpful staff. Location is THE BEST in the heart of District 1.

They dont have common bidet like in other hotel. I dont use the japanese style.

Centrally located for food and entertainment. Easily accessible to places of interest by taxi. Although the room was small it was sufficient for our needs. Price is very reasonable. Lack of facilities, although this was not part of our consideration since we were mostly outside enjoying HCMC.

Good if you are looking for a cheap short stay and only need a clean bed. The location and the price are good. View from the rooftop is nice. Beds and bedsheets were clean and good. Toiletries like razor, etc were included. Room was not clean - walls need cleaning/re-painting. No sound isolation, you could hear everything outside, including elevator doors. Smell in bathroom from sink probably. Windows were not clean. Elevator cabin needs maintenance as well.

The location was very nice, close to shopping area, many Vietnamese resutraunt around the hotel, and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Check-in process was very smooth when I arrived there. They offer free coffee in the morning. The elevator was very slow and sometimes you have to wait for 5 mininutes. The bathroom is clean but it smells sewage or drain water when it rains, and it spreads to the entire room even the bathroom door is closed.

Location was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. The problem for me is that with a disability the room was a bit challenging. Also the steps leading up to the hotel were a challenge. I think if you hav a disability more questions need to be asked before booking.

The staff is the best among the accommodations I've stayed in Ho Chi Ming city. I'd like to highlight the receptionist - Huyen, she helped us address many difficulties with smile, patience and flexibility. For example, she communicated with my travel agency, that is not their vendor, for confirming the pickup details. Nothing.

Close enough to all the market and other attractions. Bathroom was probably one of the best features. Clean and shower have enclosed door so water doesn't go everywhere! Plenty of space to hang your clothes and put away your suitcase The hotel was quite narrow and has only one elevator so waiting time was longer than expected. We stayed 3 nights during the Chinese New Year period so there was only one person at reception and one clearner duration of our stay.

No breakfast , the hotel is close to many restaurants and plenty of street food . Comfortable bed and good quiet aircon. Liked everything.

Great river view for great price considering the area. Friendly staff helped me with some things I needed. Quiet room and comfortable bed. Simple budget stay in small hotel that is centrally located. I would rate this an 8.5 stay and would consider staying here again the next time I'm in town. Water pressure in shower a bit weak.
