Adora Mira Hotel

The staff at the reception and security at the door were very good and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and great location to walk nearby to shopping malls and restaurants. The room is quite small, if you have two big suitcases there is not much space to walk around. But for short stay its manageable.

Bathroom shower hose could be longer.....

It was basically just great. My only problem is I picked the most luxurious room with one very large window and one small window on the corner well the small window did not have room darkening curtain it had blinds which were worthless so about 5:30 in the morning the room was very very bright. I changed to another room less expensive and it was perfect. They didn't offer me any compensation for my troubles and at the beginning argued with me that I didn't know how to close the blinds when I gave him the picture of the blinds in the morning they shut their mouth

Many attractions are within walking distance, and if not, they can be reached via Grab taxi in under 10 minutes. The airport is about a 30-minute drive away, which is quite convenient. The staff were excellent—very courteous and always greeting guests with a smile. Housekeeping also did a consistently good job throughout the stay. Although the hotel name suggests riverside access, it’s not easy to reach the river directly. However, the overall experience makes up for it, especially with a good breakfast to start the day. Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel with great service.

House keeping not replacing used glasses and cups. The worst - tap in sink in the bathroom if you have arthritis or any weakness in your hand just about impossible to use. Room 201

The hotel was quite centrally located, so it was easy to visit all the main sights walking. The room was clean, and breakfast offered plenty of local and international options. The staff was superb - extremely helpful and always smiling. One thing to keep in mind is that everything - the room and the pool area - is MUCH smaller than on the photos. I did not mind it, but I did expect it to look differently and was surprised in first minutes. One point for improvement is to keep breakfast running until a bit late (at least until 10); currently it's until 9:30 and the staff had to push other tourists to hurry up with it.

Staff were very nice and accommodating, they really make our stay wonderful. Our room was nice and quiet.

Very comfortable, high quality furnishings a good value, great central location, cool and rooftop bar and pool with good relaxed vibes, nice views, bathroom feels luxurious for Vietnam despite its smaller size, breakfast is delicious. Nothing! This is my go-to in Saigon, even as a smoker who almost never books a place without a balcony. I like this hotel so much that I'll keep going back. This was my second stay here.

A hotel more interested in profit than customer satisfaction. We were on a cruise stopping at Phu My Port for 2 days. My partner was suffering motion sickness and didn't want to travel to Ho Chi Minh each day, so at the last minute we booked a night with this hotel. Only 4 hours later the Captain announced that the Viet authorities wouldn't have a berth for the ship so we were going to Nha Trang. We cancelled the room immediately, due to this circumstance beyond our control. The hotel decided to keep our money as we were within their cancellation period. True, but really, the room was off the market for a few hours, not weeks. No room cleaning costs, nothing. We are going to be in Ho Chi Minh next month for 6 days. Guess where we won't be staying!

Small but well equipped gym, great breakfast, happy staff service oriented and helpful, tried to accommodate check in time. Overall public areas e.g. pool, dining can feel a little cramped and small.

Its location is great…walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The rooms are small, but comfortable, clean and quiet. There is a nice rooftop pool/restaurant and the morning breakfast buffet is really quite outstanding. No real complaints.

Good lighting and design, room felt spacious and very functional despite smaller size, nice showers and bathrooms, comfy bed, helpful reception staff with good recommendations, cool rooftop and pool, very convenient location, nice views from the room. I'm sorry to be harsh about this, and I know it will be an expensive investment, but this hotel desperately needs to repair or replace it's central air conditioning system. Either a new air conditioning system for the building or just switch to the small individual ones in each room. My room was warm and stuffy every night and it prevented me from getting good sleep. Too hot. Needed to leave AC on all day just to work even a little. Housekeeping staff was not very proactive or professional, didn't replace bottled waters or coffee packets or place fresh towels while making up the room, didn't take away dirty mugs, I appreciate them changing the bed when I asked. But also it was kind of an ordeal to just ask to get my bed changed. The reception said "we already did your room today", and I had to tell them no they never came. Then instead of taking my word for it they verified with the housekeeping. This was my only issue at reception, everything else was perfect with that. The other thing I noticed is that for the price I paid, there were other hotels nearby that seemed a bit superior for the same price that I had seen while comparing options. When I saw them in person while walking around, they looked to be a cut above. Maybe the price is up right now to try to replace the AC. I hope they will. If not for the AC I'd give it a 9. For all the folks who don't need much AC, this spot is great.

Room was good and the location was close to the river Scam alert! We booked and paid for the room. Then we were told there were no rooms at that level we would need to pay double the price. I said no, please give us our money back and I'll find another hotel. They refused to refund our money and I refused to pay more. Finally they gave us what they called a deluxe room. Talking to other guests, or room was exactly the same but with a river view. The receptionist kept saying he was going to lose money or his job and we should feel sorry for him. This was a very very bad experience.

Stayed here for one night due to the excellent location. All the staff were lovely, welcoming and friendly. Very helpful with storing our luggage after check out and providing shower facilities on the roof. Breakfast was good, if a little limited. The hotel feels very worn, our bedroom smelt of damp, bed was two singles pushed together and found myself wedged between the beds through the night. Shower ran tepid within 3 minutes of being in it. Very small area by the rooftop pool that was already full by 10am so we couldn’t use the space.
