Very comfortable, modern, and clean room. I particularly enjoyed the spacious bathroom with it's nice shower and amenities. The staff were friendly and helped us book airport transfers. The hotel is in a great location and walkable to many restaurants and attractions. I wish we could've stayed longer than one night.

We were blown away by the attention to detail in the decor. The food in the dining facility was the best we've tried in our travels all over the globe. There were so many options that we couldn't try them all. Our favorite was the fresh honey comb, breads, and juices. The hotel is gorgeous and we were treated very well by the staff. We felt like royalty. Nothing

The place simply needs more repairs and upgrades

The ambience and the location were good. I had booked a particular size of room but at the time of checkin I was told that the room was not available and that the Hotel upgraded my room. However, the room I received was extremely congested with little space to move around. The ambience wasn’t very appealing since the room was pretty dark and had few dim lights. Additionally, by accident I was locked because my daughter was sleeping and the staff on duty was not too friendly, and were irritated that they had to attend to the issue. At a 5 star hotel it was surprising that the staff needed the guest to go downstairs to replace the key. I don’t plan to go back again to Sofitel in HCM.

The breakfast was amazing and so were the staff! The air freshener was really strong by the lifts and often made us cough! Also, you are forced to take the lift as there are no stairs - only those used to exit the building in an emergency.

The staff was very kind, friendly and always very helpful. The guy who cleaned our room was really good and always smiling. We got to the hotel very late because our flight was delayed several times and also requested an extra bed for my child at the time we made the booking, and it wasn’t ready when we got to the hotel. We were really tired and had to wait. Also the lighting in the room is not the best.

Great hotel with some fantastic restaurants and bars onsite. Only negative were the building works across the road which for was opposite the room. Didn’t detract from the stay too much but putting a note in the room for when you arrive is somewhat pointless really.

staff were amazing, could not have done anymore for us very worn out hotel. carpet all fraying in the room. pool area was terrible, not looked after sunbeds were falling apart.

Gym, pool facilities, buffet breakfast, cleanliness of the complex, polite and professional staff, comfortable beds. It would be nice to be just a little bit closer to the major shopping centres

Nice modern hotel which is well placed for sightseeing . Nice pool and bar area on the roof . Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choice . Arrived at 6 pm but room was not ready and couldn’t have it for another hour due to a maintenance issue . Although apologetic no compensation was offered and after a long flight not ideal .
