All I can is wow what an amazing hotel, check was flawless and staff so helpful. How you not like anything about this property when you treated like royalty from minute you walk into the hotel. Congratulations to the management and your staff I really loved the hotel and will you and the your team soon.

The staff is the best trained staff I ever seen my life and I am spoiled and used to stay in 5 star properties. Receptionist super friendly and helpful to get us connecting rooms. Cleaner - oh my OCD was dancing how this guy cleaned the rooms. Forgot his name but room 903-904 amazing job ?. Room service - you called they came in less then 5 minutes. Never seen a room service like this. Unbelievable awesome ?. Breakfast also top notch - could not even try all of it. Amazing Gym facilities as well again with super nice staff. Small pool with an wonderful stunning garden one level up. So beautiful ? on oasis in the middle of the city. Beds comfortable in a nice room normal size. Pool had on the weekend not enough sunbeds - a few up in the garden would have helped. Our shower dripped and made the whole bathroom floor wet. This should be fixed.

While we didn't eat breakfast there, our dinner was outstanding. The room is huge by Ho Chi Minh standards, and the bathroom is also quite luxurious. Staff are helpful and courteous, and the location is very convenient. The hotel doesn't have a lobby. The entrance and the way to the check-in counter are through their restaurant, which I found unusual.

The breakfast was very satisfying, and the complimentary coconut water was a nice touch. Housekeeping responded quickly whenever assistance was requested. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely view. The location was perfect — close to everything. Everyone at the reception was very helpful. I also used the dry-cleaning service, which was efficient and fast.

The standards have dropped considerably since Marriot took over from Intercontinental. Many changes, all for the worse. In the apartments the kitchen is now completely empty from all utensils. Minibar empty. Choice of restaurants limited. Chinese pretty good, main restaurant a dismal joke.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was lavish and contained both local and international options. The staff was helpful and very responsive to allergies and food preferences (vegetarian food was customisable). The location of the hotel was perfect and right in the heart of District 1. Most historical sights were walking distance or a short taxi ride away.

After 13 days travelling from north to south Vietnam we wanted a hotel that we knew would be comfortable with a bit of luxury for the last four nights of the holiday. Therefore we compromised on a historic building type of hotel and opted for modern comforts. We booked a corner room which was very light and airy and had a view over the swimming pool. The staff were fabulous, always attentive and knowledgeable. Breakfast was amazing with the biggest selection of food we came across in all the different places we stayed in. We used the pool each afternoon after the 34 degree heat of HCMC to cool down a little - pool is a great size. We ate out apart from breakfast at great vegetarian/vegan restaurants nearby - one to definitely recommend is La Moi about 5 minutes walk away. In addition to a lounge/bar the ground floor of the hotel has a small convenience store, Vietnamese fast food outlets and an Italian restaurant which you can charge to the room - we had a great pizza from here. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. Nothing we really enjoyed our stay.
