It was clean Temperature in the capsule was excellent Good internet Capsule way too small and it's easy to lose or forget something while checking out. 1st floor: too dark in the corridor/ hallway. Showers need some small renovation. Lack of common space.

Quiet, clean and good location at Japan town. Did not receive my massage voucher. When I tried to ask the male receptionist, he didn’t know any English. Almost none of my queries are answered.

The location, the cleanliness, the staff. No private bathroom as mentioned in description. Bathrooms are shared but not busy.

I like the location which is walking distance to famous landmarks and best value for money. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. Best of all, I love their cafe that serves banh mi! It’s the best banh mi for me! And their coffees are amazing too!
