The staff is amazing! Very welcoming and friendly. They helped to carry the luggage, opened the lobby door each time, helped to find the grab driver or book an appointment at a spa. Everyone goes the extra mile. 7 star service. The rooms are clean, spacious and we also had a big bath tub. Good view and great window blinds that can make it completely dark. Location is very close to main tourist areas: you can walk or just take a grab if its too hot or rains. Breakfast was also great with a chef for eggs and pho. A lot of restsurants and 7 11, k mart, nearby. To the whole team: Thank you, you are doing a great job. We know where to stay if we visit again.

Good location almost 15-20min walk for all things shopping, attraction, and good place to eat. The highlight is their staffs as they are nothing but amazing and helpful! Top notch service! Will be one of my standard when it comes to hospitality. Will compete to 4-5stars accommodation. None

The super friendly, polite and professional staff. The location in district 1 was excellent and central to all the sights and eateries. Although temporary, there was 24 hour major building construction adjacent to the hotel. But the noise was minimal and not too invasive.

The hotel is small but new. Room is super comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good. Staffs are very nice. A room like this is even much better than some old 5-star hotels downtown. Highly recommended. nah

Great location to walk to that's near the pink church, the saigon central post office, nguyen hue street, ben thanh market is only 13 mins away. There's also a 7-11 eleven around the corner with a bunch of restaurants and bars. Great location overall. I also enjoyed the breakfast and the free bottle of waters every day when they would clean my room. It was perfect. Nothing wrong.

All the staff was very nice and helpful, and the hotel and room was so clean and really comfortable. All in all an exeptional experience in this hotel.

Great aesthetics, good location and very helpful and friendly staff. Was given a free upgrade to a room with a view of the No 2 Children’s Hospital which is historically significant and beautiful Slow checkout requiring room check - room was left in perfect condition. Guest watching clips on phone at breakfast disturbing the peace and quiet. Was allowed to take food to room so all good.

Exemplary service, the bell person met us at our taxi carried our bags. Bookings were made on our behalf. Modern decor with lots of heat protection. It was great, no complaints

The location is great for local sightseeing and lots of great places to eat. The breakfast was a bit limited but ok. The staff are very friendly and go above and beyond to help. Overall very good value and I would definitely stay again Breakfast was a bit basic, more choice of fruit and no sugar yoghurt. I would have liked a choice to tea and some wider bread choices
