Location is good. You are right on the edge of "Japan Town". Many great japanese restaurants and bars. This property has seen better days. It has been used and used hard. For some reason they built the interiors with some kind of dreary gray marble in the hotel that looks dirty. My shower look exceptionally dirty. The marble everywhere is dingy and just marked up. The rooms, marketed as "modernist" are just stark bare. Nothing in them. The TV is impossible to operate and I am not that technically illiterate. The hall carpeting is done, it needs to be replaced. The water pressure is feeble. The hot water is almost non existent, and takes forever to come on. The towels are thin and scratchy. This is a place that talks a good game (the tiresome marketing with "happymaxxing" slogans are everywhere). You will have to pay 750,000 for a cappucino at breakfast. No value and vibe here. Not coming back.

The staff were super nice and provided as much as they could to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we were making the most out of our experience staying there. We also had something shipped to the hotel and the staff even remembered our faces and gave us the delivered item without us having to come up to them to ask for it. The room we stayed in was very nice, but I felt like the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner in my opinion.

Great location with kindly staff, join their member to get early check-in and late check-out service. A bit of noise when the night life starts.

Everything else: the windows in the rooms don't block the street noise, the rooms are old, the bathrooms are terrible with no towel hangers (room 1608 had zero hangers, room 1910 had only one hanger for towels; as a result,all our towels were always wet). In 1608, the seams between the tiles in the shower area are 1-2 cm wide (uneven as they run along the floor). The breakfast is mediocre, nothing fancy; any coffee except americano is charged separately (latte is 75K VND). The corridors on the floors smell of cigarettes, possibly because of many Chinese guests. In general, the hotel looks worn out and unkempt. Definitely not worth the money spent.

Breakfast was lousy

Disappointment regarding the handling of my reservation (Dec 1–4). I attempted to shorten my stay by one night, but Booking.com’s system would not allow me to modify the dates. At check-in, I requested the change directly from the hotel, yet I was told it “could not be done” and that I needed to contact Booking.com. When I called Booking.com, I was told the exact opposite—that the hotel had to approve the change. I was left fully charged due to bad communications, negligence, and lack of responsibility and accountability from both parties (hotel and Booking).

No hot water. Had to take cold showers.

Great value, clean located in middle of city downtown. They were nitpicky on some of the charges for breakfast and coffees and required multiple transactions to pay instead of one total.

The location was very good.. Near to all aminities and restaurants

But the most outstanding point was its staffs : they are all very genuine and helpful, Nhã is the star among them, his assistance is tremendous.

The hotel is conveniently located with many shops and restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Also, everyone was very nice and friendly to us, as well as being very helpful. We have no complaints. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be coming back in a couple weeks!

All stall are awesome. So kind and always take care of us. I don’t like breakfast so much.

Not good value for money. Renovated but but nice enough. Smoking issue with the room next door and management did nothing.
