Very nice large rom. SPA was good. A bit too much attention from doorman but they did provide excellent service. Front desk was more than helpful.

The reception, breakfast buffet area and rooms were kept very clean. They also provided complimentary pillow menu. We stayed here for my partner and I’s anniversary, and the staff beautifully decorated our room. From the images I’ve seen of the rooms, for the Sanctuary Executive room, it seemed like the room was very large and spacious. However, in person it was smaller than expected. Still, the room had adequate space for 2 check in luggage and 2 carry on. It was just different from my initial expectation.

Very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated, a wonderful oasis from the busy HCMC streets. The staff are very kind and helpful. The spa is decent. The pool is more of a hot tub so the larger part is hot. The patio around the pool is black stone which gets very hot in the sun, burns your feet. The pool also opens very late in the morning.

The bed was very comfy and the reception staff were lovely. They offered a small complimentary afternoon tea in reception during our stay which was a nice surprise. We booked massages at the in-hotel spa and the gentleman who dealt with our booking made things very confusing. We wanted to book 2 massages each and after a lot of back and forth, we eventually understood that he was trying to tell us that there was a “buy 2 massages get a free facial” on offer which we then accepted. Then, during our massages when we were almost completely naked he entered the room to tell us this was in fact incorrect and we didn’t qualify. The masseuses had to throw towels over us. All very strange!

Staff were excellent, very friendly & helpful. The room was spacious. Convenience stores, pharmacy and multiple restaurants very close to the hotel. Breakfast menu had multiple types of food available.

Staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. In District 1, so close to everything. Japanese style toilets are fabulous. You are able to hear noisy neighbours, but this is par for the course in hotels, so not too fussed.
