Convenient location, walking distance to opera house, lots of good dining options nearby. Beds were a bit to hard for me. Staff were very attentive, Ken and Ti were excellent at helping us with any questions we had during our stay. They were very committed to making our stay very pleasant.

I like the location and many Japanese restaurants around. Small room, tiny hallway. Rooms doors are next to each other ! There's only 1 elevator. Hotel looks old, doesn't look brightened, and doesn't smell clean. Pricey.
