The thing that sets this property apart is truly the staff. They are kind, thoughtful, helpful, and they speak excellent in English. They go out of their way to make your stay a special one. Location wise, this property is in Little Japan, amongst small, cute, mostly Japanese restaurants and bars. Beyond that, there are also lots of international choices en Vietnamese places. The location is a little calmer than district one, which to me is a big plus.

good location for us, very nice staff, always got up to open the main door for us, nice clean room, quiet at all times. The room included a 5 gallon water dispenser which we really appreciated as we didn't need to buy bottled water. Breakfast on the top floor was very pleasant and a great way to start the day. can't think of anything

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay, especially a lovely woman named Kim who went out of her way to assist with anything I needed. The rooms are spacious, clean, and include a fully equipped kitchenette, which was very convenient. I really enjoyed both the hotel and the surrounding area. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the Chabad House, which was convenient as well. Highly recommended – I would definitely stay here again! No view

This is our go-to hotel in Saigon. The rooms are comfortable, and having a full hot/cold water dispenser in each is priceless. The breakfast is good, and the view from the roof is beautiful, especially at night. But the staff are best of all. They are always so happy, kind, and helpful. Quynh, Ngan, Nguyen, and Ðat at the front desk will help you with anything you need for an excellent stay. The new Japanese grocery store just around the corner is really good. Pham Viet Cham is a great neighborhood full of fantastic food, close to D1 and walking distance to the zoo.

The room is a studio, with pantry, fridge, water dispenser, and small sofa. All you need if you need to stay in for a day (to work). Comfortable to prepare quick lunch or other food at the room. Homy-feeling. A large space to store your suitcase and hang your clothes (normally I'm struggling with my suitcase in hotel rooms) Super friendly staff. Small gym. Small but sufficient breakfast, cooked fresh on the spot. Limited food waste. No water kettle to boil water, but there are pots and pans and a 2-pit cooking plate, so I boiled my water in a pan. As the room has all the facilities you need, in my layout, it was also rather full.

This is the second time we stayed at the Bloom. We loved the location and the staff were incredibly helpful. We stayed in another type of room that was smaller than our first stay, while still comfortable there’s some viable water damage near the shower and balcony. Our aircon was initially not working, however the staff were quick to repair it, which was much needed as it was uncomfortably hot. All in all still a great stay and great value for money.

We stayed in a luxury suite, which was well equipped and had a stove top and microwave. The suite was clean, comfortable and cost effective. The Bloom is situated off a trendy street in Ho Chi Minh City with a variety of Japanese and Western eateries, a little exploration and you’ll also find some awesome local fare. It was also very for convenient for us as it’s situated in between all the sites of District 1 and some of our friends who are located in District 2. Special mention to Kim at reception who was super eager and attentive to our needs!

Large water bottle supplied and a large fridge was good. The staff were lovely. Being out of town and down a back street made it nice and quiet but also required a $3 Grab required into town most days. The breakfast was small, limited but nice. There were plenty of restaurants, cheap and cheaper, nearby as well as a few little ‘supermarkets’. Get used to crossing roads Viet style if you want to walk anywhere!

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Especially Phuoc, Quynh, Thu, Q. Anh and DAT. these folks work so hard and help in anyway possible. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. All the comfort of home. They even have a water cooler in the room. Unfortunately the jacuzzi still isn’t working, as there has been so many comments regarding this, I would think be high on the priority list.

Air conditioner not work well, the staff make wrong notes on the breakfast and not able to correct it. The sound proof is not good, WiFi is bad. The early check in or late check is not included even it shows on the booking.

The district where it was located I did not enjoy my stay there and would not really recommend. 1- The rooms were much smaller and less nice than in the pictures. Not a premium place at all. 2- You need to chose the breakfast the day before... and even the time of breakfast otherwise you have a long wait 3- I did not like the customer service 4- I had a guest and the hotel charged me a huge extra which i really did not appreciate Overall, i really did not enjoy my stay there
