Not much! Shower water wasn’t hot, shower drain was slow and the staff said it was normal! In room safe. It bolted down and mentioned it to the staff and she said don’t worry they have cameras and can see if someone took it! Some of the staff are not very friendly! The rooms need to be cleaned better as the bed platform was dusty. The whole experience was not a positive one as I ended up checking out 2 days early to move to a much better accommodation (would have done it sooner, but could not get a room for one of the nights). Ended up at the Odys Boutique Hotel that was pretty AWESOME!

The price It is on a busy street and it’s so much noise; the breakfast was good and the open pantry

Location was good and rooms were clean. Love the rooftop space out area and pantry - well-stocked with drinks, beer, milk and chips! For light sleepers, one might find the sound proofing somewhat weak. We could hear footsteps and thumping from floor above - not exactly very pleasant when it’s at 5am in the morning when the guests above were getting ready to checkout to airport.

Very friendly staff. Good location. Ice cream parlour very quirky and busy. Free washing machine and dryer. Free drinks and snacks. As previously stated no soundproofing and irresponsible guests who insist on banging room doors. In the room we occupied on the 5th floor you can hear the moving of chairs on the roof top pretty much whenever anyone was up there and it’s loud. Probably more of a youngsters hotel not really for boomers.

Loved the quirky rooms. The roof-top chill out spot with free snacks and drinks was a real plus. Breakfast was good. Room design might not be suitable for long term stay.

The rooftop breakfast and pantry was definitely the highlight of the property. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay and assisted the best they could. No light switches by the bed to light up the room, only an under-bed lighting. common corridor noise could be heard on each floor from the room. But not so much that it affects sleeping.

The hotel has a funky vibe with a hammock chair in the room as well as hammocks on the roof. they provide complimentary snacks food and even beer at the roof top. I had to wait for my flight after the check out and the roof top was a very good waiting area. The hotel is a little noisy. There is an icecream shop but I did not see any restaurant. The breakfast was good.

As we were on 6th floor and there is really busy bar/restaurant on the roof top of the next building, it was a bit hard to sleep because of the noise. We asked to have breakfast a bit early as we had an early flight, but it was not ready until the official breakfast time.

The hot water was only warm. Luckily, Ho Chi Minh City is so hot that a cool shower was always welcomed.

Centrally located. Comfortable bedding. Clean room & bathroom. Appreciate the laundry facilities and snacks. Front desk very helpful especially keeping our bags after checkout until our late flight Lobby is being remodeled so no where to sit while waiting. Hallways need a good painting & carpeting

Beautiful room, nice hanging chair in the room, free laundry and courtesy drinks and food in the rooftop all day long. After 3,5 weeks in Vietnam, this has been the best place!

1. Near many tourists attractions. 2. Very nice roof top to chill 3. Free flow of beers, snacks and fruits. 4. Staff are friendly. 1. We were not inform of the ongoing renovation in the hotel. 2. Sound proofing was very bad 3. Our room was near the stairs and lift and it very noisy the whole night. 4. Every morning 6am the cafe near the hotel will play very very loud music and you won’t be able to continue sleeping. 5. We requested to change room but was told it’s not possible and only provide us with ear plugs which doesn’t even help. 6. There is no phone in the room or any WhatsApp support to reach out to the reception, you can only go to the lobby personally. Which is very very inconvenient. 7. The breakfast was nice only on our first day (American breakfast) menu will be different everyday and with very limited choices. 8. The toilet flooring is very very slippery and dangerous. 9. If you have any specific requests in extra towels, you need your inform the reception daily. Else they will not remember and note down.

Inclusive breakfast, snacks and drinks It was under construction as very tired, needs a good clean and paint. Drains were blocked and over all needs to be closed for a week to complete a refurb.
