A In Hotel Glamour

The outside of the hotel looked pretty crappy and dirty, and the marketing leads you to think it's a nice, above average, fancy hotel. In truth it's a pretty dirty love hotel, that costs way too much compared to what it offers. You can get better service and facilities at half of the price in Saigon. Stay away! Also rude staff and pushy with payment (they wanted me to pay before showing me the room).

The staff here was great, I would say that’s the only thing this hotel has going for it. Our first room had a spring poking through the mattress, the second room the AC didnt work. The 3rd room was great but we had to listen to loud sex for one of the nights we stayed, complete with slapping and screaming. Quite entertaining actually, but definitely not the vibe we were looking for. We should have walked out the first night when we saw the sign in the lobby that mentioned hourly room rental (as we all know what that means).. but just coming off a 20 hour flight, it wasn’t an option for us. Also, good to know if you’re looking to stay in District 2 you probably want to be across the other side of the street. There’s no way to walk across that big street, so plan on taking a Grab if you stay over on this side But again the staff was great

Good size room, bright and comfortable. Near to where I needed to be. Some large good malls nearby within walking distance. New metro very close. Really nice cafes on the riverfront just round the corner from the hotel . Friendly staff.

Convenient location with mini bus no. 153 to VMRT and Binh An waterbus. RIverside coffee bar especially Katinat fans overlooking Saigon bridge and Landmark 81. I can't use my room card at 4th floor since check-in till check-out night stand. Monday blues with elevator under quick maintenance after breakfast around.

The bed, and the tv We had no housekeeper for the 3 days we was there, no complimentary items everyday as stated. The bath had a massive leak in the pipe underneath so it emptied itself within 5 minutes. I had to ask for a kettle. When I asked reception for a coffee sachet he told me to ask housekeeping, no housekeeper was around. Very poor practice.

Room was clean and has new utilities Not designed very well. Shower and bathtub specifically no thought of actually what it is like when you take a shower. Water goes all over the room and bathroom

When I asked to change my towels, the staff was so punctual Hope that they can sell sanitary pads too. I wanted to watch NETFLIX, but the internet connection was not good

Almost was good. The original room was a bit old, it seems like was not used often, facilities was not too good, a bit downgraded, AC did not work. The room after be changed was better. Almost fine, except the bed would had some sounds from bedframe while moving upon, everything is perfect.

Help to re-check A/C in room 404. It was not cold enough during my stay.

Definitely a love hotel; there are erotic cards, condoms and lube available for sale at the till. Expect people to be checking in and out in the early hours of the morning. I found a hair in the bedsheets and pubic hair in the shower - the worst nightmare of any hotel stay!!! I asked for my room to be cleaned several times but it wasn't. Location was on the other side of the highway so far from everything you want access to in D2 but grab bikes are inexpensive.

Staffs are very helpful, cheeeful and friendly. Special shout out to all the team of reception as well as housekeeping.
