Everything was good about my stay. Friendly staff and a clea room. I would easily stay here again. There is a sweet dog if you want to give pets. The elevator is slow.

Air con worked fine - that's about the only positive. Receptionist was extremely rude and tried to scam my friend by charging him double for an upgrade to a room with a window (which ordinarily costs approx 10% more on Booking.com). Then she tried to charge me for an additional night, claiming that I'd already checked out the day before which was complete nonsense. Total scammer and awful customer service. Furthermore, the bathroom was covered in mould and the bath mat was absolutely filthy, like it had never been washed! Seriously, find somewhere else.

Not a lot The staff were not very customer friendly. I asked to change rooms as I had been given a room without windows. As the hotel was not full it was easy to change for an extra fee. When I came to pay they wanted twice as much. A friend who booked via the same platform and had the exact same room a floor below was paying less than I was for the room without a window. I asked why they were charging me twice as much but they couldn’t tell me. I refused to pay the double amount & ended up back in my original room without a window. The staff were not accommodating or customer centric. Poor show!!
